It appears the place you used for pantry is for your towels and beddings not for food. The one by the fridge looks more like food pantry. It works if that’s what you need it best for. Congratulations and welcome to Canada. May the land favour you and yours!!

I lived in that company's apartment, it was great until some people moved in upstairs and drove me out with their constant pounding. Management is worthless for dealing with noise, sorry. I did love the apartment, my location was great too. If you are on the top floor you are golden!

Hi sis, the second area is not a pantry. It is a closet for towels, bed sheets and comforters. That is why it away from the kitchen and close to the bathroom.
I later figured out. Don't have that much bedsheets so it's working perfectly well as a pantry. Thank you☺️.

This landlord prepared this apartment as if they were going to live here themselves with lots of storage space, lights and outdoor space. In Brooklyn NY this could cost US $3 000 s month. Enjoy your living space.

Like every other major city, Winnipeg also has its crime issues. However, the areas where the crimes occur are not that much so you shouldn't let it worry you
