hi, we ended up choosing the last one. It’s really very safe, the neighborhood is great, and lots of restaurants just along the street. I uploaded an empty apartment tour after this video if you’re interested.
The entrance to this building in winter is basically a dog toilet when the owners can't be bothered to walk them . Yellow spots in the snow everywhere which is kinda gross.
@@xiaoness-vlog pati kato nag lakaw na mo sa sidewalk naa trees murag 70s movie horror vibe haha yeah sa roling shutter na sa uban camera dili maka apas sa movement kay top to bottom nya record sa sensor
the first one shown is much too high for people to walk up and down for a loft what if i have to the washroom constantly overnight it is not worth the price despite being downtown
hello! The viewings I booked usually from rentcanada, rentcafe, and via the website (just search winnipeg apartments in google and it will give you their websites)
hello! all the apartments in the video are around $1200-1600 CAD. Make sure to check with the property manager about your dogs (they usually ask for their weight).
Osborne Village is shown, and it's really gone downhill. I lived there on Gerard behind Carlos and Murhphy's in '99-'01 with my first wife, and it was a wonderful area then. They've even lost their Starbucks.
@@ChrisJones-ij3xp That's too bad. I lived in the area in the 1970's when things were just getting going. It was a lot of fun with artisan shops. I lived in the old red brick apartment beside the bridge, with the cage elevators. Its was the hight of cool back then. lol Memorial Park was full of people, summer travellers, a place to meet.
why are they telling me this is the washroom when i can see this is the washroom ...lots of unnecessary comments we are making as if we are all two year olds
downtown wpg is not as bad as someone thinks, i live downtown basically the centre and i have lived here now going on to 25yrs

Lived there at 0:22. Nice old deco era building.
I lived in its twin, the Nelson, in the '90s. Lovely little apartment. Lived in the Lovat behind them before that.

Have you able to find one, is it hard to rent a house without any rental history?
in our case, not really! I think as long as you have provided proof of funds and valid visa it’s fine
So how did you got to know about the properties? Online or through word of mouth or any advertisement?
we looked for listings online and filtered it searches according to budget, location, number of rooms etc 😊
@xiaonessart Thanks for your swift response, appreciate it! Hope you get your preference house/ apartment soon. Take care!

Crappy area to be living. Views of parking lots. Not safe at night.

Yeah after a year of being here, I’ve learned which neighborhoods are relatively safe compared to others hehe
