MaxForce and MaxVelocity is not the same. If you paid attention in physics class, you will know what Force = mass * acceleration, which means that acceleration = Force / mass. That means MaxForce determines acceleration, meanwhile MaxVelocity is a constraint above which the velocity of the part can never get

@@ElmoPlayss well since roblox is a physics simulator it does matter very much. For example, 2 parts with the same size and material with one having 10x the density would accelerate 10x slower with the same amount of force, but would have the same max velocity

Looking at your views, seems like there has been a small downward trend the last month. The “Beginner guides” seems to catalyst that.
Your videos that are kinda absurd seem to do well. “Guide to loving a woman” is your most recent very popular vid. Seems like joke videos or concept explorations aimed at more experienced devs do the best. Appealing to beginners or covering simple concepts seems to do the worst.
Personally I like your videos covering things I haven’t seen before. Namely “Trails are insanely customizable” was really fun to watch and made me excited to try that myself

I have the script in Server script service, i have the part with an attachment and i deleted the old align position so a new one would be generated and i have triple check for typos and other errors however the part does not follow my character when i hit play am i missing anything if so please anyone offer a suggestion i would greatly appreciate it

your channel definitely can be revived. my biggest piece of constructive criticism is to properly script your videos' dialogue beforehand (including testing all code). there are points in most videos where you stumble or your code doesnt work as intended and it definitely throws people off. tldr: just research stuff a bit more and come off as confident

Just to point out you don’t need to use WaitForChild twice while getting an instance i.e. workspace:WaitForChild(“Baseplate”):WaitForChild(“Texture”) is unnecessary and should be written as workspace:WaitForChild(“Baseplate”).Texture

In a nutshell: it's just an oversimplified if statement, essentially:
      Part.Value or false
If the part has a value or the value is true, then it will return the object or true. Else it will return false.

@tipeanimates837 I never said that it took fewer resources, only that it had more use cases. I've had bad experiences using Align position simply due to the way it accounts for mass. All I'm saying is that interpolation has served me far better than these new body movers.

@tipeanimates837 I never said it took less resources, only that it had more use cases. If you don't like raw math then you could just use tween service to accomplish the same goal. I personally don't use body movers anymore because of their inconsistencies.
