Been wanting to make RUclips content for probably around three years now and I’ve been doing it the easy way and very sporadically but this may have just encouraged me to try harder and actually use my capture card, I’ve already decided to go ahead and get a second monitor, finally. Hello. I have watched your video and I'm having personal trouble with it. I have used Elgato HD60S Game Capture and connected them to my xbox, computer, and television. The problem that I see on my laptop is that after I have selected video capture device, for some reason the device list only shows me camera devices for my laptop but not showing me my Elgato Game Capture Device. Is there a way to resolve this problem? Let me know if you have received this message.

A school pc works fine for 1080p. You only record your screen so it does not require a lot. But if you want to edit in say 4k then it will be a big problem on a weaker pc

You don't need a strong pc at all to record in 1080p 60. My school pc works fine. But if you want 4k and you want to edit it without lag then you need something strong
Well here's the only problem I have, I have my Xbox hooked up to surround sound then hooked up to TV and this simple setup it's good for those who don't have a surround sound but for those who do have their systems hooked up to a surround sound I wouldn't know how to hook up the egato or capture card together because I like to keep my current setup. I also probably am making this more harder than it seems.
