Hey Mr. Leonard! I don’t know if you remember me, I was in your media arts class about 5-6 years ago. Just wanted to say I hope you’re doing well and this video was super helpful!!

Well except it lacks some serious crucial bits and pieces... like USB audio and a freaking mic sensitivity. My mic is stuck at 30% potential (way too low) with no way of increasing it. Total bullshit
Facts I just started streaming myself and uploading content and I just got my own wifi today so hopefully that improves my stream quality and load times ❤🙏♥️🎮
I have questions so I’m using my Xbox series x to stream, my question how can I include my party chat to the stream, I have another mic, and I can’t talk to my friends from the headset, I’m using an elgato capture card and a chat link pro
I’ve literally just close my twitch down cause I’ve given up with streaming. I’ve been doing it for 17 years had a lot of success of a lot of fails. I still think Xbox needs another option instead of just been limited to twitch. It would be good if we could stream directly from the council to kick or RUclips. If so, which ever goes down and you’re a streamer directly from your console, you’re screwed.
There is a workaround to be able to stream to it, but you will have to stream to twitch regardless. A third party tool can capture your twitch stream and then send it to other platforms. I should make a video on this it seems
Hey I bought the mic after seeing this video, I currently have Astro a40s thinking I could setup the mic with them but it’s not allowing me to talk to through the mic, am I setting them up wrong? Would it be able to work please help, thanks
I have the Logitech C270 Webcam and was wondering how to mute the mic on that webcam because I want to use my own mic instead. Is there a way to do that? Also I am having a difficult time running my webcam smoothingly. It keeps flickering (shown on stream) when it's connected to my Onfinio USB Hub splitter that is 3.0 with 7 Ports.. I even added a 3.5mm power plug-in to give it more "power". Also forgotten to mentioned that I run two, 15ft ITD ITANDA USB Extension Cables USB that are 3.0 Type A Male to Female that has 5Gbps Data Transfer. Idk if I need a different type of Hub that has more power or if I need different USB cables or run a shorter cable rather than running 30ft in total with the two 15 footers. But for whatever reason the webcam works fine when not flickering when it's connected directly into the Xbox itself. So what I am trying to ask what the hell am I doing wrong? (Sorry about the long essay comment just trying to explain my situation)

@1:13 if you guys are willing to damage internals faster and your discs this is a easy way how to not take care of your console. I know people like the idea of it in a vertical position but it's not attended to stand like that you are supposed to lay it flat having it elevated is yes more roomy trust me I wanted the extra space but keep in mind this is an electric that is doing its job to run your games. Elevation doesn't help out with anything in keeping your consoles alive. It'll just look nicer and give you the extra space that's the only pros about it the con about it... you're more prone to being able to tip over the console and if it's in an elevated place and not sturdy it can tip over and fall down and there goes the wallet. Don't put these consoles where it's in a cubby either... it'll trap the heat causing it to not ventilate properly. I know he has a stand for it but even then I still wouldn't trust that. Plus the Xbox has rubber stoppers paddings where it's placed it's not really meant for vertical mounts but if you want to. Do as you please. It's just a bit more of a gimmick add-on. Though you'll lose the stability. Compared to it being horizontal.
Um, it’s designed to do that? It has the mounting points to support it. Also, HDDs won’t degrade faster in vertical positions. If that was so, why would servers in farms employ this method of data storage?
@@DarkenedCyrusyou can mount it vertically but you shouldn't cause you could possibly be messing with internals that are running causing your console to sooner or later have future problems fairly quickly than usual. I still have my Xbox one from the actual release date and still works perfectly well. Without any break down problems when my room is a bit hot from a bit of a poor air ventilation problem. It says you may rest it vertically but it's not the best suggestion.
It's just better to have your console how they intentionally designed it for on how it's supposed to be rested. You don't need another add-on. I'll give the disc some gravity if you have it vertically but... It can possibly make the disc get bad scratches.
Also think about it majority of the weight is from the console itself a stand that isn't even mounted on ground onto something... isn't gonna have the stability that'll have compared to it being drilled onto something.
