Hello mate! Thank you for your recommendation. Sorry, but it is however unlikely that I do another video specifically for Gestalt therapy. I will however keep your request in mind for if I do a tutorial on different types of therapies.
Hi Adawiya. Some therapists do still use Gestalt psychology to help patients focus on the present over the past. Some designers and product developers from larger agencies do also use it to draw focus to certain design elements over others. I'll dig out some references for you. But these will be references for the subject area, and not for establishing if it's still relevant today.

Gestalt therapy is more like mindfulness meditation. The Gestalt principles also have a lot in common with Buddhist explanation of mind.
