I just found your YT channel and absolutely love it. I’m learning so much. I have questions regarding your Fujimarcas shavers. On the website, it says they’re not NSF certified, is that an issue with Health Inspections?
Hey brother, where do you recomend buying the concentrates from? My wife and i are working to start one up and we want to have quality flavors. Thanks in advance.

I m going to make indian style ice popsicles, so ice need be shaved thicker, also Where do you get plastic ice block moulds? And could u name water filter system and where can I get?
Hey, how are you? I appreciate you taking the time to answer all these questions. My question is based on metrics how big is your freezer? How many blocks of ice can you put in inside freezer and how many shave vices can you get out of one block?
Can you share the brand/name of the ice shaver used before you purchased the Fujimarca? I'm looking for a more affordable option then will upgrade after a profit is made and demand increases.
@@thehaddocks, thank you for your helpful video. My family name is Southern and we had a snow cone stand that I ran when I was in elementary school. I am retired and will be 74 this month. I would like to open a mobile snow cone stand that my grandchildren can work in, and I had planned on calling it Southern Snow, but I see that you have just referenced a company that already uses that name. Is there a way to research company names to avoid future legal difficulties if I create a business and find out that name has previously been used. Are these names proprietary and registered anywhere like a copywrite?
Thanks for sharing your video. I really like how you invested in a purification system for the ice making. I was wondering is there any state or federal law that requires what type of can containers to use for making and storing the ice ?
Thanks for sharing man. I'm planning to open one up in my city with a few arcade games inside but the one store near here gets a TON of people and my store will be in an even busier area so do you recommend I buy the big commercial machines and the block ice maker too? The ice maker is about 8k and machine about 2.5k.
Hi may i ask how much you charge for your cones? But more what you charge for the cone you insert soft ice cream into the center. What do you call them? Do you serve as is or add toppings? Ive never seen these before. Thank you so much in advance.
Quick books cash register plus bundle. It used to be less than $300 and came with a free level of quick books. I think they have discontinued it but you can still find it once in a while through eBay
Hello thank you for your time and information. My wife and I are converting a school bus to a food truck and really not sure what to serve as of now. Would this be a good business to get in ? Henry Kelley
could you share where you're buying the ice buckets? I'm from another country so no competition :) and I've asked this before but to get the response from you would be wonderful, at what temperature do you freeze the ice blocks?
What kind of freezer do you have? Would this one work? Frigidaire 19.8-cu ft Manual Defrost Chest Freezer White Or which one do you recommend? And for the cash register, can you send me the link on that as well?

Could you tell me the exact mix of your 32 oz bottles? You add your syrup (which already contains benzoat/citric acid) and then you add in your concentrate? How much of each do you need to make those 32 oz flavor bottles ready to pour ?
I think the same process he's doing in the video is what I'm trying to replicate . I feel like the 1 quart/32 ounce bottles fill as you go is the best process for me. I want to know how much concentrate/water/benzoate/citric acid he uses for the bottles please. that would help so much.

I get them locally for a little over a dollar from Price Container in Willard UT. You have to leave some space for expansion you can't fill them up all the way.

Most ready to use syrups are made from high fructose corn syrup and don’t taste as good. Making your own from cane sugar tastes better. It’s also less expensive to make your own. I would get a Fujimarca shaver.

Great video. What is the difference between Hawaiian shaved ice, and what you offer or is it the same?
Yes Hawaiian shave ice is made with a vertical block shaver. The fujimarca shaver is actually sold in Hawaii.
Can you do a video on how you clean your syrup bottles?
Thanks for this video. Are you still in business?
What notifications would you make if you had a mobile trailer?
I want to come and eat one! The only question I have is where are you located. LOL
Have you had any issues with the ice freezing and cracking? When making your ice tubs? Does the RO system help with this? Thanks!!
Once in a while. Usually it’s from overfilling the container. I think the RO system helps with less cracking.
Thank you for your videos! Very informative and helpful! Roughly, how many cups of shave ice can you get out of one ice block? Thanks in advance.
About 8 4 oz flower cups piled high.

The two Fujimark machines are awesome.

You can buy a packet to make sugar free syrup from southern snow.

Yes i am renting space that i share with my other business a boutique. Start up for me was about $3K
Very interested, can you give the details about the business

The Haddocks I have a question. Sorry to jump in. How many cups did you sell on average daily when you first opened. Before you developed a following?
Why should you have so many flavors? Too many choices? Your thoughts?
Good point. I talk about that in this video:

How do you make pink leche
I don’t know we don’t have pink leche.
