Hey, how are you? I appreciate you taking the time to answer all these questions. My question is based on metrics how big is your freezer? How many blocks of ice can you put in inside freezer and how many shave vices can you get out of one block?

Would you happen to know how to make the cream syrups? Example red velvet cream, blueberry cream? It’s so good and I’d love to make some at home but I have no idea what to add to the regular syrup to make it creamy.

I recently started selling freeze cups at work just to help the guys with the 110 degree days. I sell about 50, 9 oz cups per day @$1 a cup. No ice needed, nothing to make on the spot. Cost me .19 a cup to make. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was charged $4.50 for a "small" size shaved ice from a food truck set up... looked like a 4 oz, but could have been 6 ounce cup. It was not piled high and it was narrow in the cup around the sides. The size of a kids gelato. Was I ripped off? I know its 2024 and inflation, but yikes

I get it that you already have a business n probably have insurance in place for that but did you have to add anything to existing insurance? Buy a different policy? I can't imagine what can go wrong with a shaved ice setup but I'm sure someone somewhere has made it so insurance is needed. Do you even have insurance? This is a cost I can't estimate. What's your experience?
