Hi folks. I bought my Umix it station about a year ago. In short I love it and it really helps get your customer line down. This station is most helpful when you are in a high volume event. I decided to buy it when one of my competitors came up to me and told me a customer said they were not going to stand in my long line. It really helps with speed of service, and its fun for kids. This system works great when you have a family of 3 or 4 and they chose to use the umix it. Again saves time. You don't have to remember all the combination of flavors. Let the customer mix there own! The cons with the system is it is a bit heavy and awkward to carry The bottles are little light duty and i had a couple of small drip leaks from the nozzle, however you can get replacement bottles from big lots. In conclusion i give this system a strong thumbs up😀
Nice design, my question is it looks very light so how does it do in high wind? How many times have they been blown over? Does the flavor when people poor go all over in the high wind. Also are those gallon jugs?
I purchased this and was very excited. However, it was shipped without the back board shown in this video. I have called multiple times and emailed with zero response. Now I get to make my own back board. At 400 dollars it should have come complete or at least customer service should have responded to make it right. Hoping someone from the company sees this and finally responds.
