    This kit is absolute joy. It requires no shell cutting, no soldering (unless you want to use a lipo you gotta solder a connector for your battery), gives you a bunch of new features like ammo counting and speed control, and basically anyone can install this thing. This gives a whole new wealth of options to a blaster many people ignored, and I'm excited to see what people do with it.

      @@evanr1996 FDLs are possibly the best flywheel blasters in the world, but goddamn are they expensive. I'll spend the 50$ extra bucks to get my regulator how I want it, but Im someone who can't spend $500 on a nerf blaster, and the same goes for most people. Even if they have the money, very few can justify the cost. It's great for those who can, but there's definitely a market for much more affordable stuff

      Based on the Regulator I have:
      - Sub-par performance (I can't get my regulator to reach 70 fps or above)
      - Inconsistent firing (The darts get caught on the side of my magazines only in my Regulator)
      - Slow fire rate (Slam-fire is faster than that)
      Or maybe I have a bad regulator. I don't have any friends with a Regulator, so I can't tell if mine is defective or not.

      in all honesty, the multi-fire modes are lacking in power. firing several sets of burst shots from a single standing position shows you that there are three dart groupings. the flywheels loose too much speed from dart to dart in stock form. it is not a terrible blaster by any means, it just benefits greatly from being fixed up like this

  • @alexbrett9867
    @alexbrett9867 3 года назад

    I have a 41.5 crush OFP cage and worker wheels hitting 180fps, with all the original features. Here in Australia it's a Target regular. I used Outta darts MOSFET board on the rev switch, running on a 3s, and coz the battery tray was so huge, I used a 2s to run all the original internals. Yes that's right a 2 battery build, that runs all day! The stock pusher, loves the 2s and hits 7 shots per second. When I used this at wars it destroys peeps! I don't know why it's not a popular blaster?

    • @WalcomS7
      @WalcomS7  5 лет назад

      Because think of all the hoops you had to do right there as opposed to just wiring up a Stryfe. Something like that fixes that completely and opens up the blaster a lot more. Now you can run the entire thing off a 3S and change the flywheel speed/ROF to your liking (at least I assume you can? I don't know exactly how these things work yet, but it has options for it).

      @@funkygreen80 Unfortunately not; it seems the only people who have it only use LiPos with it. I've been meaning to get one just to try with other batteries on one of my Regulators, but more urgent purchases keep getting in the way.

    I went through three of these things. If you stick more than three imr’s in it, it would not work afterwords.

      If you do that, take the battery out. I mean, don’t use your teeth, but if I can’t stop you, at least don’t leave the batteries in

    Where can I buy this kit in 2022?

    Would this overvolt the stock motors? I don't know but I'm thinking of trying this but I don't know much about electronics. Also could you put in krackens and run it on a 3s without any other mods?

    Ever since I built my SF stryfe I’ve had no use for my regulator. Sad but true.

    Do post a video if someone comes out with a quality "drop-in" mod kit for an Infinus to up its performance while retaining the feeding system too. Preesh!
