Just bought a 46,50,54 and 56 Zipcore CBX wedge set. Like a lot of us, it’s a mind numbing journey looking for the end of the rainbow wedge. I play off 8 but have always struggled from 130-70 yards. To the point I would shank due to the stress of not getting near the green let alone the pin. These wedges have saved my life and my scorecard. Where I I was scoring bogies or worse, I’m now getting birdies and pars regularly. The bounce is perfect. Forget what the pros do with their wedges. We are NOT pros.
If you want to start scoring, buy these clubs.

Totally agree with you my friend. I just started by buying the 56 degree CBX4 yesterday. I intend to get 44, 48, 52 and maybe 60 just to complete the set. Enjoy your new clubs. Peter

True story... today I went to golf galaxy to buy a 54. I need one in my bag. I grabbed 5 clubs off the pre-owned rack and went into a sim booth. Cleveland Zipcore, cleveland rtx, Callaway, vokey sm9 and a Taylormade offering. All were around 130 bucks. Except the zipcore was 54 dollars with the graphite shaft!! It's like brand new! I put them through their paces. The zipcore won hands down. Bag complete

@@ThatRangeLife dude, this thing is so accurate! the graphite shaft is like butter and its light! I can't believe how cheap it was! and the golf galaxy guy with the ear piece was poo pooing my choice. he said, yah that will only last you a couple seasons. I said nah.. i know how to sharpen groove guy.. but nice try. you can keep the 150 dollar used vokey.... I'll just lower my cap with this cheap 55 dollar cleveland! lol

    Love Cleveland wedges

Extremely forgiving wedge with excellent turf interaction, but the wedge head feels too lightweight if you end up swapping out to a heavier, stiffer wedge shaft, which for me is a 125gram wedge shaft.
For those using the stock 115gram spinner shaft the CBX ZipCore wedge comes with, however, this may not be as noticeable an issue.
But for those players who prefer more feel, more feedback, and a more bottom-heavy/head-heavy swing feel, stick to the Cleveland RTX series wedges, although those will be less forgiving on mis-hits.
That said, based on the forgiveness factor alone, the CBX ZipCore wedge could be one of those strange golf clubs one may decide to keep using in their bag anyway despite not loving how it feels when actually swinging it.

Just picked up a 52 and 56. Had the cbx og and in the Midwest where they fill bunkers with sand and the rough is wet and heavy these things shine for me. The ATV/4wd of wedges.

I have the 46/52/56/60 and they're freaking amazing wedges! I'm looking at the launcher XL line for irons.

We have a video about the XL irons! (Spoiler: I’m a big fan.)

That is exactly what I have. Launcher XL, then the CBX wedges. They blend perfectly.

Let's Do a test for CB wedges/Callaway Mack Daddy CB wedge vs Cleveland CBX 2 wedge? i.e. 30/45 yards over the bunker/water onto the green with medium to less green to work with and about a 6-foot radius for one putt., for High Handicappers

Just ordered mine. Only one gripe I have is that the grooves don't go little further towards the toe.

Looking for a 60 degree for my bag. My 3 ideas atm are this, the CBX Full Face and Taylormade HiToe big foot with high bounce. Recommendations?

Personally, I think Cleveland wedges bury Taylormade’s. I just took the Zipcore to a simulator and it is crazy good. That would be my choice.
