But nasus can go full tank and still doing a fuckton of damage so the enemy team must focus the tank with a fuckton of damages that's going to rape the adc . Plus probably u will build 40% cd so your slow it's always up. Obviously u have to know how to play the doge läl.

You're more than likely gonna get sheen whether it's for triforce or IG, and may even continue into frozen heart especially if you went the triforce route - could offer some good synergy. Plus, even on this version of nasus you end up with max cdr, so having your q on cooldown isn't really a big deal.
Branford Shaw The point of this version is that you don't actually get max cdr or triforce or Iceborne Gauntlet. You go super tanky which means you're more effective early compared to the usual Nasus. Then just push to win pre 45 minutes approx

toan nguyen 2 dorans +masteries is around 4 mana with another like .5 mana regen per level but you arent factoring in that e cost 120+ per use and you only have like 700 mana by this time so 120 every 7 sec with say 7 mana a sec regenwould be -70 per cast not including w or q's for harass, if you stack like normal or hell even half of normal thats another 20 mana per 5 sec at least and would mean you do less damage to the other laner since you arent hitting them with it, if you want to stack play regular nasus if you want to either get objectives all the time or draw an assload of pressure play quasus
double doran rings mean that a single Q last hit will grant you 8 mana back. And if you really watch quas's stream, you can see him still stacking his Q while constantly pushing the lane, and taking jungle camp to stack Q if he is on red side. The goal is around 150-200Q at 20 minutes, compare to normal nasus 400-450Q.
Not to mention that he always get early corrupting potion and running meditation plus secret stash. Not stacking Q while playing quasus is literally shit man.

This Nasus strat is actually fun as hell. Maybe not the most effective top laner ever but you can feel your opponent tilting every time you lay down an e and their health bar just vanishes lmao
i have won two games in a row now doing this, my build has been as follows, bassically the same starting items as you, Elixer/TwoDorans/ZZ'Rot/SpiritVisage/Ice Gauntlet, but then i sell elixer/ Banner of Command,sell a dorans/ deadmans, sell a dorans, Ohmwrecker, its turned out to be the ultimate lane pushing build, and i love it. Oh and, i used Thunderlords as my keystone, dont know if that makes a difference or not, but i thought itd be good for the poke.
