Hey again! To be honest, I find the idea of Scourge MAPs kinda fun! Some MAPs like Aha! and Shiny were really good ones, but since I missed those trains, I'm gonna host my own Scourge themed MAP :D
Last time I hosted a MAP was 2018 so it's been quite a while, but I thought since I've had this AMV idea storyboarded n just lying around that I could make something out of it! Excuse the style-shifting throughout the boards, some of the scenes are kinda old. ^^'

I specifically like the ending whe Scourge sees starclan cats! That gave me goosebumps the way they looked at him so disapprovingly.

Firstly, love the concept.
Second, really appreciate that while Scourge is smaller than the others, he’s not super tiny. He’s described as apprentice sized, not kit sized.
This really portays Scourge how he truly was. Firestar's equal. Someone who had a knack for fighting just like Firestar. But instead of use his skills for protecting his family, Scourge uses his skills to gain admiration and power.
He aims to never lose again in a fight after Tigerpaw, and never allow other cats to seehin as weak again. I really like that.

I read it as "tigerstar looks like sushi" and i immediately went "well, youre not wrong"
I love the way you put fear in Scourge's face when he noticed Firestar get up again. It's the first time that's ever happened to him, usually the people he puts his claws into stay dead. xD It's such a grounding moment for the character and the expression is beautiful. Can't wait to see this finished!
To me, while Tigerstar did get sliced up hard and heavily, I think Scourge didn't slice into Firestar hard or heavy enough to constitute all nine of F's lives to go in one fell swoop like T's did. :)

I'm just getting into animating and storyboarding, this is way out of my current comfort zone, but I cannot wait to see this done!

I'm in love with your style, expressions and storytelling, this gives me nostalgic vibes, like OLD maps, there's so much emotion expressed and this really gave me chills. also your designs are so fuckin good, just like how I pictured these characters.

This is freakin amazing! I love the part at the end with Firestar pinning scourge and he looks up to see Starclan staring back at him. So so good.
Ah this is probably one of my most anticipated maps. Wonderful storyboard! Thanks so much for contributing to the community. It's people like you and every wonderful animator out there that keep me invested in these fighting cats!

Holy shit?? I've never really cared much for Scourge as a villain but this portrays him as the badass he really is and gives me a bit of a new perspective that makes me appreciate him more.

I really hope the backups pull through and get the last few parts finished. From the story board alone is amazing and seeing it finished as an animation will be spontaneous

And I really love the detail how scourge kills tigerstar with two blows. Not one- it is a detail that is missed a lot in maps!
The first blow is to his shoulder, that catches tigerstar off guard and the second onto his chest down to his tail- killing him.

Forget the MAP, I want to see this fleshed out. Heck, even this was amazing. I hate how I can see which character is which just from lines and who is who from the books despite it being in grey and white lines. That’s how good this is.

Love that scourge kills firestar because he was distracted by his shadow, just like how scourge made his first step to power when he scared the dog away from the food with his shadow.

Hey! ^^ Is this M.A.P. still running? I really like the storyboard and the music is so cool too! I love all this idea, but all uploaded part that I saw was 3 or 2 years ago, so I'm just curious will it ever be done?
Planning a revival for it at some point since there's only roughly 3-4 parts left, which also happen to be the more visually complex scenes. So when I've got the time to, I'll definitely try and pick this back up
