i almost had a lucid dream i was in school and i just kept looking at my hands a lot and i kept looking at the clock and the clock was all weird but my hands kept getting clearer and clearer but then i was just like EH im proboaly not in a dream and i just went with it when i woke up i was really sad
This happened to me too but I began trying to summon lightnings into my classmates until they began calling me a loser then i got back to my notebook and i woke up I was REALLY sad WHY LIGHTNINGS AND NOT FIREBALLS???

Cleric Today, i saw an very weird, clear and unique dream. (for me) I was trying to measure how would it look like if humans build an building so high it would reach space. I'm still amazed by my dream XD
My first lucid dream started out with me chasing a train and I was dreaming at the time not realising it but i still remember it. After I stopped chasing the train I told myself I was dreaming, got a little scared because I didn't know what my brain would do, but I started flying, it felt like a dream though, slow motions not fully being able to control my movements. After flying for about 10 seconds I flipped and heard "I got shot" and then classical music and woke up, in total the dream was about 40 seconds and this was yesterday. Wasn't trying to lucid dream either I was just in rem
I once had. with one goal at a time. well i just have a list I work down. once I finished a goal and was like "yay I did it finally, what was my next goal. I always have lucid dreams which I feel is roughly in the morning but it's probably just over a couple of hours! And I always know that when I have one, I'm going to wake up when I start to realize that I am actually having a lucid dream. It's so annoying but so weird!!!
Last night, while I was dreaming, I did acknowledge I was dreaming, is this a step closer to being able to lucid dream? Thanks you, your videos help a lot x
yeah that makes sense. My first lucid dream was 2 seconds long. I was dreaming and I saw there where 2 of my mom. I knew that wasn't right so I looked down at my feet which is a reality check, and i knew so well that i wore brown desert boots, that It showed them in painstakingly intricate detail that I went back to dreaming.
How to have a nice, long, easy first lucid dream: 1. Realize you are finally dreaming 2. Say everything you are doing aloud 3. I AM GOING TO THE PARK 4. I AM PETTING THIS DOG 5. I AM GOING HOME FROM THE PARK 6. Realize you can’t do any of this because you immediately tried to fly and interrupted the dream
You can make that a reality if you know them in person. Nothing will change without effort, gotta take that leap sooner or later before it's too late friend.
I guess I’m a beginner, I’ve searched up how to and it turns out I actually already know a lot. I am good at remembering that it’s not real, and I can wake up when I feel like it. Like during nightmares.. even if I’m not that lucky all the time. I just realize that I don’t recognize anything around me..
Hello I have a question I've never achieved lucidity in a dream but for 2 weeks now I've been writing in my dream journal and something I discovered is that every time, I dream about things that happened to me in my day before that night so do you think there's something I could do like remembering all the things I've done today so that I know that if that happens in my dream I would realise I'm dreaming?
I don't know how but to be honest I had many lucid dreams before I even knew what they are. But since I documented more into what they are I didn't receive a single one anymore. Why is that?
i’ve started everything and i’m having dreams and i’m actually remembered all of my dreams since i’ve started trying to go lucid and it’s wired cuz i never remember my dreams but i feel like i’m getting close to doing it
What is the purpose of reality checks? When I'm in a lucid dream I tend to know it's a dream, I don't think I've ever had a dream so real I thought it was reality, and vice versa. I see why this mistake be impossible to confirm an OBE, but when dreaming (lucid or otherwise) I really don't want to know what state of awareness I'm in.
about what you said at tip number 5. I've been trying to lucid dream for couple weeks now. My only successful experience lasted 10 seconds because I woke up too excited. Last night i dreamed about me literally collecting information about lucid dreaming in order to do it. At a time I was literally in a classroom trying to learn how to lucid dream, AND MY STUPID CONSCIENCE DIDNT REALIZE THAT SHIT HAPPENED ACTUALLY IN A DREAM. F r u s t r a t i o n. I had learned through my dream journal that naked people are somewhat a common dream sign that i should be aware of. And i have literrally gone to sleep telling myself "if you see someone naked, get suspicious you unaware bastard.". Few hours later I had dreams where there were literally hundreds of naked people around AND MY DREAMING SELF DIDNT EVEN GET SUSPICIOUS. Woke up cursing so much "HOW USELESS CAN MY CONSCIENCE BE?" anyway..great video
What do for reality checks is when ever I here or think about lucid dreaming I do a reality check and before I go to bed I tell myself that I am going to here about lucid dreaming in my dream
Hi Matt .. I have a couple of questions hopefully you'll answer. 1. Do you need to experiece SP in order to Lucid Dream? 2. If there are any methods that doesn't conclude SP which ones are they? 3. Lets say I use one of the methods that doesn't include SP and I have my first lucid dream with that method... If I get excited and wake up do I go into Sleep Paralysis straight afterwards?? or do I wake up... then go back to sleep .. and then experience SP out of nowhere . Any suggestions matt.. because SP is the only thing that's holding me back from Lucid Dreaming I need answers bro I don't want to go through that . Help me LD without ever having to experience SP .
Are you online ? :D I'm always online EDIT: I Know that you are a lucid dream master, but I tried to lucid dream for about 1 hour. I Got stuck, i didn't move, i was repeating the mantra you told us to say in your videos, i couldn't feel my hands and legs, only my eyes and brain. I almost went to sleep and a %50 lucid dream. But woke up, I Couldn't do that. help needed there :'(
You don't have to keep repeating the mantra until you fall asleep. Just do it for 2-3 minutes, then go to sleep normally. Originally every MILD guide advised to keep repeating the mantra until you fall asleep, but personally I found I simply couldn't fall asleep while repeating it. So I tried just repeating it for a couple of minutes and going back to sleep, and sure enough it worked :)
When I was a kid I had a lucid dream once, and I realised it. And somehow I knew the technique, how to wake up when inside a lucid dream somehow. And since I am a kid, I thought instead of lucid dreaming i woke myself up on purpose and then I still regret it and can't lucid dream still.
I have a question that I don’t think many can answer: If I lucid dream and try to create a Tulpa at the same time, would it be more efficient to try and create it in a dream?
My first lucid dream I would say went for about 3 minutes because of a rem rebound invoked from having a tolerance brake from cannabis and all I accomplished was jumping over and over again and I was jumping extremely high in the trees it was awesome and terrifying yet not terrifying at the same time as I would come down from jumping it felt like I was on. A roller coaster and my stomach would go up into my throat when you drop really quick
In my dreams, I do my reality checks and see things that really don’t make sense, but some how my mind manages to come up with an excuse as to why this crazy thing like only having 3 fingers is....how can I stop allowing my mind to convince me these things are real?
My only lucid dream was accidental and I realize that I wasn’t in the same place I went to bed, so I flew straight up, and then woke up within the first 30 or so seconds
Pad Narfed that seems to be a normal occurrence for the first time you lucid dream. I did the same thing I flew in the air and then got scared and woke up.
The one time I realized I was in a dream I walked out of the place my dream had me in and started thinking of all I could do since I was in a dream. I could rule the wolrd, shoot fireballs or anything. However I never got to do any of that, before I could do something my brain put me in another dream where I had just woken up. I didn't even realize that the second dream wasn't real until a long time after I really woke up
So a few nights ago I’m pretty sure I had a lucid dream, it felt so real and I still remover it vividly, but I think I may have gotten too excited in it because I woke up right after.
I lucid dreamed for the first time last night and I kept waking myself up because the dream made me feel so vivid and bubbly and all around happy. It was so bizarre, though, because I got so excited that it felt like I was getting excited in the dream and my body was getting the tingly “butterflies in your stomach” feeling in real life as I laid in bed.
My first lucid dream was me realizing I am dreaming while I was dreaming... but sadly I woke up as soon as I realized it... I was talking to someone and I said to myself.. ''oh I am dreaming..'' then everything got blurry and there was only one image barely visible... aaand I lost it and woke up.. but my body was paralized and my eyelids were twitching.. but since I get sleep paralysis like quite often I actually learned to move my body easly.. and I don't really panic anymore.. so thats something..
LOL thanks for helping me I had a dream yesterday and I ended up doing a reality check my finger was messed up it was really weird but then I ended up saying hey it's probably nothing because I realize I wasn't doing my reality checks as thoroughly slow and thoughtful how I should have
I had a lucid dream once that I still remember. My sister got hit by a car, and there was a weird person in all black wandering in the woods, and then there was a bunny dug into the ground with only it’s face uncovered😫 Does it mean anything when you have sad dreams or scary ones? (I don’t remember all the details though)
I’ve had a few small lucid dreams without even trying but when I actually want to try I get scared it will be a nightmare even through I almost never have nightmares.
Ive only lucid dreamed a cupple times ive done all the processes the keeping my mind awake and i was in a nightmare and got out of it ive lucid dreamed about 18 times
When i started practicing lucid dreaming i had my first 2 lucid dreams in almost no time in like 1 or 2 weeks after the start and both of these dreams I had in the same week. Well sadly for me the first one was like 15 seconds long where i tried to let levitate an item and failed and the second dream was a little bit longer, I believe around 30 seconds or even 1 minute. There i tried to fly but also failed, I just jumped really high above the ground and then fell. (This time i got really excited when i realised it's just a dream, luckily I calmed myself so i didn't wake up).
For some reason in my lucid dreams I don't think I've ever had to do a reality check for some reason I just know I'm in a dream maybe that's why I haven't been able to stabilize it that well
I had my first and second lucid dream in the same day my first dream was short I was i my bed and I was scared to move just incase I woke up, my second dream later that night I got completely baited it was the same as my first and i thought oh no please don’t say all my dreams will be like this. i saw a rusty door I used your trick of saying “ oh I remember, I have the key to that door in my pocket.” and that was my first time spawning an item I then found my self stuck on the top floor of a building I said to my self “ why am I faffing on looking for a way down to ground floor? I can teleport” and I reached down and touched the floor with both hand and when I looked back up I was on the ground floor I went outside and their were hundreds of people idk why but this made me feel uncomfortable I began to run and felt the dream start to get blurred so I span around really fast and the dream cleared for me i the put my fist in the air and took off at the speed of a pedal bike my legs were trailing below me i then threw the second hand up and began to fly quite acrobatically I attempted a back wards loop and didn’t go high enough causing me to not have enough thrust and I kinda skidded across the floor I woke from the dream but my eyes were still closed could I have waited and had a conservative lucid dream?
When I do the finger reality check, it doesn't actually go through my hand. I can tell because I feel some give, almost like thick puddy, but It won't just go through if I don't focus and really try hard.
Every night this year I went to bed thinking, please not that dream again.. Last night I dreamt the same dream but I connected the dots that I was in a dream, I didn't follow tips or do anything to lucid dream but I could fly and such, it was extremely odd I didn't have much control cuz it's the first time I've ever known I was in a dream
Good thing I'm always at least partially conscious of being in a dream, even if it's subconscious I'm aware of it in some way. Everything looks darker and my sences are less vivid than in reality.
I had a lot of lucid dreams but most of the time i don't get full control over them. I guess i'm not fully aware that i'm dreaming. And it happens all the time, littearally whenever i fall asleep. And every time i wake up the first thing that comes to my mind is " Again? Man that was so close" but i fail like most of the times. And i need to be more patient about it but it's pissing me off right now because the same thing happened 2 hours ago. :) Again?
i got stuck in a lucid dream without even trying, I guess my mom woke me up and i went to back to sleep thought i was awake and weird stuff happen i kinda got scared because i can clearly see my shadow my hands and even feel myself blinking and feel my arms actually in the wind moving,... intill she hit my leg really hard and i realized the A/C was blowing and my arms were actually up and moving intill i woke up they stopped lmao My second one is me talking to another me floating in the air in the dark i was also kind in sleep paralysis mode as well i saw the door open i saw stuff moving (not by much) in the closet and my sister next to me was gone(i was staying over at her house for the week a few months ago lol) i was talking to other me about something but i cant remember lol in the morning she told me i was mumbling in my sleep like i was talking to someone TBH it was so cool lucid dreaming without even knowing but knowing at the same time if that makes sense. I had another one but i was really sick badly all i remember was talking medicine people (like pills and kid medicine bottles) woke up to see my mom sleeping on the couch (i was sleeping on her bed because that bed is a healer lol) and all the pillows and covers were away from me
Can’t I just say “I’m dreaming” into a recorder, put it on loop. Then put in earbuds and listen to the recording on low volume. Will that make me lucid dream?
i don't know how to do lucid dreams but i wish i could but when i go to sleep i know I'm dreaming but it's not real it just has like a black gloom and my dreams are for some reason 3rd person unless that is lucid dreaming
Tipharot how to dream about something you wanna dream about? Like i wanna dream about going to Disney world but how can i have more chanse to dream about it?
My first lucid dream was a nightmare when I woke up and i realized i had a nightmare I when back to sleep but I had the exact same nightmare the 4th time I woke up with the same nightmare I told my self that I will know what's going on and what is going to happen so when I went back to sleep I was in the setting of my nightmare and then I realized I was dreaming and I didn't wake up
I did a reality check incorrectley and thought I was dreaming so I went to my living room struck the superman pose jumped in the air and said "fly" but I fell forward and had to go to the hospital because my face fell on a table corner😂
I just got into lucid dream got my journal ready and my methods but the one thing is in a dream/lucid dream how could I wake myself up? Like if I was starting to have a nightmare or just needed to wakeup how could I? Because I watched one of giz edwards old videos and he said that maybe his subconscious mind was preventing him and that kinda scares me because if I have a nightmare I want to get out of it as quickly as possible?
You can die, you can spin around, you can try to stop breathing/breathe irregularly, there are probably tons of things you can do to change them. For me in a regular dream I usually just end up dying lol. But if you find yourself scared, you could make that an automatic trigger for a reality check like a dream sign maybe.
not saying these are lucid cause im new to this but when im having a night mare i am some how aware that i can wake myself up at any moment and most of the time i'm successful i just force myself to wake up idk how. does this sound like lucidity? and every lucid dream i've had usually end up very sexual.
I can say whatever I want to out loud while I'm sleeping. does that make me cool or weird? I can control what I'm saying and I'm actually saying it "irl" (idk)
Tipharot Im trying to do personal things like practicing speaking in front of crowds and ect not stuff like flying or anything like that for now especially since like u I struggled with but improved on thanks to meditation is waking up early and im a beginner btw .So should I try and hold back on trying things like that or anything else that could cause growth or psychological healing?
I had something happened for the first time in a lucid dream there was someone else in my dream and I realized it was a dream at the same time that was weird because usually I tell someone that this is a dream but they don't believe me so if I dream I tried to make things magically appear but that never works for me if I try to do it for someone else it works out perfect what's up with that.
I remeber having a lucid dream once... It was about my OC's (well there characters i made for a graphic novel i want to make someday) and we were on a mission... We hopped on their jet and flew to our destination we had stop a nuclear reactor fron exploding... As soon we were gonna stop it... I woke up... Then i was sad for the entire day....
I was in a cliff and I fell in my dream then every sound stoped everything went black and then I wake up that was scary for me it was super realistic it.I have to say dreams is like other life’s that we can live in them and we can see how DEATH works so yeah.
it happened to me i did do the reality check in my dream but it didnt make me lucid thats why i was wondering "i did do reality check in my dreams but it doesnt work"
Hello. I just started attempting lucid dreaming about a week ago, and I have been following your (and others') techniques and guides to lucidity. I'm doing serious reality checks out of habit (dozens of times a day) and remembering my dreams a lot easier, particularly seven last night. I ran into a peculiar experience last night though. In one of my dreams, I didn't become lucid, but I believe my dream character (meaning me but not lucid me) became something close to lucid. I think he realized he was in control. I remember he repaired a building from rubble by just saying "repair". He tripled the gravity just by saying "triple gravity." What do you think this means for me? Is this progress?
Colten Persons i think its That your dream person knew hé was dreaming but not With your real mind if you understand. But it could be That you just Dreamed about lucid dreaming because you are thinking about it so much.
Colten Persons it is simply true. Who do you think you are fooling? You are trying to make dreaming sound like a game with commands. It isn't so don't lie about it. You are your dream character. You can be anything in your dream but your not in 3rd person. If you figure out your dreaming YOU know it, not your apparent "dream character".
Tipharot I know you don't reply to comments much anymore because you are busy unlike months ago when you would always reply, BUT PLEASE HELP. So this happens every week or so. I would go to sleep or take a nap, this normally happens more in naps. So I'm sleeping and I wake up, or at least it seems like I'm awake, I can see everything but I'm paralyzed ITS NOT SLEEP PARALYSIS THOUGH. I see nothing AND it doesent happen in R.E.M. sleep. so I start trying to move and when ever I try to move I vibrate ALOT. I don't know if this is something about astral projection but it always happens. I try to move and I just vibrate a lot but if I try hard enough I can get out of that weird state, but I would wake up and be VERY sleepy and it would happen again AND AGAIN. I think I'm somehow dreaming within a dream within a dream. Because there's a point where I do get out of that state and I realize I'm out of it. It's not scary but it's weird. I wonder if I can somehow get lucid from it.
Give yourself a _real_ reason to stay in bed.

Well I’ve been dreaming for almost 13 years
Do lucid dreams feel like reality like 'now' or does it feel like a normal dream
gaMe BREaker it feels like reality but some times it doesn't look like it
gaMe BREaker It is not like realty, it is still not vivd as the reality is.
It depends but most of the time it feels real. Like now
It’s weird like the air feels different, gravity feels different. Just a lot of stuff isn’t like it would be now. Science isn’t a thing in dreams

How to have a nice, long, easy first lucid dream:
1. Realize you are finally dreaming
2. Say everything you are doing aloud
3. I AM GOING TO THE PARK
4. I AM PETTING THIS DOG
5. I AM GOING HOME FROM THE PARK
6. Realize you can’t do any of this because you immediately tried to fly and interrupted the dream
Thank you your the best right now I’m still doing reality checks but now I’m going to be more aware of what I’m saying and doing from now on
Once I had a dream that me and my crush were friends and then I woke up and started crying

Tom Saucet yeah there is a kind of reality check like it. Just search tipharot reality checks and you will Find it. Good luck
Tom Saucet practice ada
Same saw my crush in the store she smiles at me then next day I dream that we dating
I don't know how but to be honest I had many lucid dreams before I even knew what they are. But since I documented more into what they are I didn't receive a single one anymore. Why is that?
I was lucid dreaming and in my dream i subscribed your channel and then kicked the huge notification bell
Great video! Im trying to start a dream journal
i’ve started everything and i’m having dreams and i’m actually remembered all of my dreams since i’ve started trying to go lucid and it’s wired cuz i never remember my dreams but i feel like i’m getting close to doing it
What is the purpose of reality checks? When I'm in a lucid dream I tend to know it's a dream, I don't think I've ever had a dream so real I thought it was reality, and vice versa. I see why this mistake be impossible to confirm an OBE, but when dreaming (lucid or otherwise) I really don't want to know what state of awareness I'm in.
I get anxious about the fact that I might not realise I’m dreaming, and feel out of control as something stabs me through the stomach. And I feel it.
about what you said at tip number 5.
Woke up cursing so much "HOW USELESS CAN MY CONSCIENCE BE?"
anyway..great video
The only naked people I see are normally myself and the hot girls in my class...
Lontra Blue your comment made me laugh
Help me LD without ever having to experience SP .
am I the only one who remembers old Playstation 1 intro when the video begins ?
Right? It always reminds me of that too.
Are you online ? :D I'm always online
EDIT: I Know that you are a lucid dream master, but I tried to lucid dream for about 1 hour.
Thank you so much, and I'm so glad to be one of your first viewers in your videos !
PerfectGamer creepy ass intro that ps1 one
How do i do a reality check?
In my dreams, I do my reality checks and see things that really don’t make sense, but some how my mind manages to come up with an excuse as to why this crazy thing like only having 3 fingers is....how can I stop allowing my mind to convince me these things are real?
My only lucid dream was accidental and I realize that I wasn’t in the same place I went to bed, so I flew straight up, and then woke up within the first 30 or so seconds
Pad Narfed that seems to be a normal occurrence for the first time you lucid dream. I did the same thing I flew in the air and then got scared and woke up.
Flying is one of most funniest things to do in lucid dream who the hell would be scared?
I woke up from being too excited
The one time I realized I was in a dream I walked out of the place my dream had me in and started thinking of all I could do since I was in a dream. I could rule the wolrd, shoot fireballs or anything. However I never got to do any of that, before I could do something my brain put me in another dream where I had just woken up. I didn't even realize that the second dream wasn't real until a long time after I really woke up
for number 5, what about thinking about your previous dreams during the day?
All the other videos where kind of useful but this was very very very useful thx
I was able to directly enter my lucid dream right off the bat.
You just made my nightmare
I’ve had a few small lucid dreams without even trying but when I actually want to try I get scared it will be a nightmare even through I almost never have nightmares.
Thanks for making these videos. You're the best :)
Can you make a video on lucid dreaming during naps? It seems easier
When I do the finger reality check, it doesn't actually go through my hand. I can tell because I feel some give, almost like thick puddy, but It won't just go through if I don't focus and really try hard.
Every night this year I went to bed thinking, please not that dream again.. Last night I dreamt the same dream but I connected the dots that I was in a dream, I didn't follow tips or do anything to lucid dream but I could fly and such, it was extremely odd I didn't have much control cuz it's the first time I've ever known I was in a dream
it worked................................ thanks bro
Again?
i got stuck in a lucid dream without even trying, I guess my mom woke me up and i went to back to sleep thought i was awake and weird stuff happen i kinda got scared because i can clearly see my shadow my hands and even feel myself blinking and feel my arms actually in the wind moving,... intill she hit my leg really hard and i realized the A/C was blowing and my arms were actually up and moving intill i woke up they stopped lmao
My second one is me talking to another me floating in the air in the dark i was also kind in sleep paralysis mode as well i saw the door open i saw stuff moving (not by much) in the closet and my sister next to me was gone(i was staying over at her house for the week a few months ago lol) i was talking to other me about something but i cant remember lol
in the morning she told me i was mumbling in my sleep like i was talking to someone
TBH it was so cool lucid dreaming without even knowing but knowing at the same time if that makes sense.
Yh try that
How am I supposed to “make sure I’m in REM” ?
Do have a book about lucid dreaming? If not you really should I would definitely buy it.
Another great video!
When you said you could be dreaming right now i actually freaked out
i don't know how to do lucid dreams but i wish i could but when i go to sleep i know I'm dreaming but it's not real it just has like a black gloom and my dreams are for some reason 3rd person unless that is lucid dreaming
Are you sure you didnt play toouch gta 5 or fortnite
Is it normal after doing a reality check that words pop up you’re not dreaming?
since i found out about lucid dreaming i am thinking of it like literally all the time😅😅
Alright so I’ve planned to try grow and shrink in my first lucid dream
Tipharot how to dream about something you wanna dream about? Like i wanna dream about going to Disney world but how can i have more chanse to dream about it?
Rick Steeghs Did you figure it out?
I was in a dream and I did a reality check while in my dream and I went lucid then I couldn’t Remeber anything else
Nicola Young I did that in a normal nightmare .
Bass Boost EXTREME Same about that last bit lol. If you know you're dreaming you're lucid!
Kanzey breathing unevenly will send a message that something is wrong and automatically wake up in like 2seca
Can frequent lucid dreamers re-create prior dreams?
Can someone help, in my dream I tell myself that I might be dreaming but I still don't get any control pls give some tips
Keep going and be shure it will work the next time.
Would sleeping meds affect lucid or astral projection?
I had something happened for the first time in a lucid dream there was someone else in my dream and I realized it was a dream at the same time that was weird because usually I tell someone that this is a dream but they don't believe me so if I dream I tried to make things magically appear but that never works for me if I try to do it for someone else it works out perfect what's up with that.
Is it possible to lucid dream while not noticing that you’re lucid dreaming?
Thank you!
i once was awared of my dream but cant control it...
Lmao i love how ppl act like this shit is a sport like just try
What reality checks are the best?
my first lucid dream experience was last night and it was amazingly scary
I was in a cliff and I fell in my dream then every sound stoped everything went black and then I wake up that was scary for me it was super realistic it.I have to say dreams is like other life’s that we can live in them and we can see how DEATH works so yeah.
it happened to me i did do the reality check in my dream but it didnt make me lucid thats why i was wondering "i did do reality check in my dreams but it doesnt work"
@@Abandex369 I used the fild
Colten Persons you are the dream character. Stop feeding this bullshit. Fuck you.
Lucid dreams Ouch.... my pride
Colten Persons you have no idea how many fake comments I see of people that act like they know everything about "lucid dreaming" it gets annoying.
I descended deep into the ocean of comments
You sure did
Spawning items is easier if you imagine yourself in creative mode.
After sleeping If i think im Still lucid I scratch my self to pain and i always regret it
Wait isn’t you make a video on why you SHOULDNT lucid dream?
It may happen in R.E.M. sleep though
