Hi, how is it all going with this project? I cannot wait for the final results. Please post a new video. I was not joking about waiting for your parts and I would like build a similar car with Miles Works 996 kit. I have planned 80% of the parts... All the best!
Outstanding news, Ben! So glad you are able to actually drive the car now. All that work, the ups and downs, and now you are out motoring. Good lookin' and soundin' ride there! enjoy! you deserve it!
Love the build ,the only thing I can recommend is a oil cooler and close monitoring of the oil pressure on hard turns and under boost.Congrats on a uneventful test drive.😊
This car is motivation. Literally plan on getting one just for this swap by February. I’m located in Tampa and would definitely like to purchase some parts from you. Cheers
Hey Ben, If you really want to open up your opportunities for swap kits.... How about looking into a K series swap kit for 986/987 Boxster/Cayman? I have a couple of 986 Boxster. All of the Porsche platforms share parts......I am thinking alot of the swap parts for the 996/997 will work on other platforms as well. If you want to check into it we can use my car as a guinea pig.
its a honda we rebuild them and bump 2 step to break em in and a dyno pull your be fine let her eat if it dont blow in the first 15mins your good to go
Congrats man! I've considered K-swapping my 944. It would be similar levels of custom fabrication. After all you've been through would you suggest the project again?
My man package is 9" capable, just haven't met the right girl yet.... potential vs reality, maybe you should rethink your YT titles until you have a 900 hp dyno recorded.... 900 hp, LMAO. Very cool swap, and thanks for the content.
Obviously you dont know how RUclips works and how to gain views and subscribers. Also, you could actually read I never claimed or stated to have made 900hp. I stated engine is built to hold 900
After that string of bad luck, a little enjoyment is well deserved!
I am very happy for you. You stood tall in the middle of a difficult run.
Awesome! Glad this engine worked
Man, that whistle! Love it
I've been following your build since day 1. I'm very interested in your kit when its ready for sale! Super Happy for you!

Love the PFI shirt on for the new engine start up🎉🎉🎉

Congrats!
So happy for you man! It looks and sounds sooo good on the highway. I commend your perseverance!

👍
any updates☹
👍 👍 👍
If that pop can makes 900, I can push a car down the 1/4 strip faster than you can drive it.
So, you purchased the motor fully built, or you built the motor yourself?
What is the price for motor like this?
I sent off a block to css with a set of pistons and rods. They did all the machine work and assembly. I bolted a head on and here we are
@@baysidefabrication price?
What are those beefy looking motor mounts you have in there Ben?
Those are wevo semi solid mounts. However I’m having vibrations with them that are extremely annoying for a street car so may go back to stock
@@baysidefabrication Thanks!

Obviously, you don't either.
What turbo and AR are you using? What's the end power goal
