@@carsaddiction7400 level, it’s not nearly as expensive and you can do it with in a couple hours. But it really all depends on your budget and what you prefer I will lift my truck down the rd but it’s also bc I wanna run 24s and 35s
In my opinion it rides better little stiffer not as much bounce. I did change my shock shortly after it make it ride even better ! Thanks for watching 🤘🏽
@@adamj3278 I just want meaty tires on the stock Denali wheels. I like the stock wheels. Then either level the front or do these in the rear. Not sure yet, I do plan to tow a 5th wheel soon & I don't want sag after a trailer is connected if I do level. So many choices. lol
The whole leaf pack needed to be turned anyways. I dont feel like anything would have been gained, I can only do one side at a time anyways but I’m sure if you can do it the way you explained the outcome will likely be the same.
They are 22x12 and I didn’t cut anything at all I just installed a bumper mod (couple videos back) and I do rub at full lock, it rubs a super super small area if you message me on instagram I will send you over some pics if you would like.
Nice video much easier than all the other video’s I’ve seen one question did you have to remove the trailer hitch.
I just got the same setup 305-40-22 with drop shackles front rubes like crazy in the back
That’s not good I will send you a pic of the spot my rubbed maybe there slightly different
@@adamj3278 now don't know what to do lift or leveling any ideas

Looks fairly easy but damn, I hate undoing leafs & the U bolts. Never seem to get everything riding the same after once.

Call you tell me if you have a leveling kit on front if not how bad do the wheels rub please let me know thanks
No leveling kit, drop shackles and bumper spacer that’s it and the wheels rubbed a small spot less then a quarter size on the inner wheel well liner
@@adamj3278 thank you i love ur set up it looks amazing
What's the offset on the wheels

Nice video man!👍
DURTYMAX LML thanks man I appreciate it 🤘🏽
Take the u bolts off?
No I loosened them enough to slide them forward and then turn the leaf pack.
@@adamj3278 well we took the front bolts out of the leaf spring and now can’t get the leaf spring to go back down lol we need some help
@@Itsrzep tap it with a hammer or something, it’s definitely a tight fit
What size drop shackles were these... 1.4 or 2 and did you have to fuck with the pinch weld?
1.4 John c garage at the time there the only ones out
why not just jack stand by the frame, then use the floor jack under the pumpkin to release pressure off the shackles???

whats the biggest wheel and tire you can do with this ?
I ran 22x12s and I won’t go any bigger unless I got a leaving kit or some sort of lift. The turning radius was super close with the set up I had.
Is the front completely stock? What size are your tires?
MegaMikerojas yes it’s completely stock nothing changed at that point
MegaMikerojas the tires are 305/40/22
Are those 12 or 14 wide and do u rub or cut anything

How much do you figure you lose in height from that drop , underground parking question lol
Brett Nelson roughly 1 in lower in the rear.
What grease did you use in them shackles
I used all purpose grease on the ends to help them slide in easier, as far as a grease fitting on the actual shackle there is not a grease fitting.
