I recommend doing Shining Falls Special Triple Threat Deluge (in special world) as yoshi with coin magnet, that level is filled to the brim with flower coins
There's some optimizations that can be had for The Sugarstar Trial. An extra 2 coins can be had by collecting the power up at the beginning and the mushroom later on in the level. Nabbit also works well too. I've been able to route 24 flower coins in 1 minute 30 sec with all of these optimizations.
By the way, you can get the last four badges at any shop, not just the world 1 shop. I got mine in World 4, as that was the final area I had to 100% before unlocking the final level.

the fastest method is the nub nub challenge rythm heaven its 19 purple coins in less than a minute but is very hard to master getting all the 10 flower coins, i recommend using yoshi with the floating high jump badge
