Tip for the crouching high jump section: DO NOT LET GO OF DOWN. You won't have to worry about quickly charging up a jump when you need one. All you have to do is just time the jump, and once you hit the ground, you should immediately start charging another jump.

The very last level peeved me to no end. A lot of cleanup was needed on the mechanics of the badges, and this level SHOULD have shown somebody that BEFORE they released the game.
So my main issue with the Final-final level is the checkpoints; it would have made more sense IMO to have a checkpoint after each badge. I found it very annoying to have to repeat levels I’d already beaten over and over while trying to figure out the third level of the set, which would throw off my flow. Also a mushroom now and then would have been appreciated.
It sure was annoying, but if there was one after each badge it would’ve been pathetically easy, and I like a challenge sometimes. Also I find that most of the sections are actually easier when small (except parachute hat which is the only one you get a shroom for)
that level sucked so badly, who thought it was a good idea, especially not giving a checkpoint during the invisibility section? Quite possibly the hardest thing I've ever done

Poor kid had a meltdown!!😂😂 Didn’t realize how hard it was gonna be, so I think I’ll knock it out for him after work today. He’s gonna need to practice a little more before he’s ready to take this down!!
Hardest parts were not knowing I can ground pound the second “level,” the second half of the lasers, and the invisibility jumping on those…fishes. Everything else especially the wall jump and the spin jump were insanely easy. Took me 50 lives
On the semifinal level there's a hidden peach block above the mushroom block that has the elephant power up that's very helpful for the piranha plants.
When I played it I had almost 50 lives, I played for hours and I got a game over during the, invisibility section I struggled so much on that section. And I decided to get back there as nabbit(to figure out how much longer the level was, and I still lost another like 20 lives getting back despite that) only to figure out that I only needed to land on one more bloomp to get to the land to reach the flagpole, I was so frustrated. I reset the level lost another like 30 lives and finally reached the flagpole. I had a little over 50 lives by the time I was done. Oh my gosh that was way too hard.
Me and my boy have gone through 200 lives trying to pass the final final. We've taken a 2 week break. Maybe after watching this he will try again. He's so close.

Been playing this game for a couple weeks now. Really enjoying it. Some of these levels are so unnecessarily hard though. I enjoy a good challenge, but i still want to be able to beat the game though. Games are supposed to be fun, not stressful.
When me and my brother reached the all badges level we got so sad and discouraged from how hard we found it in the beginning (we had 100 percented the game till that point) we thought it was the end for us.... Until this absolute angel in the form of a Toadette who we were playing online with litterally held our hands throughout the whole level, pausing whenever we fell behind and reviving both of us whenever we needed. That Toadette knew the pain of that level and decided to spare me and my brother of it. I'm not even joking when I say we were so unbelievably happy knowing all our hard work to 100% the game hadn't been for nothing. Even though I played Daisy and he was Luigi, I go back to the game to play Toadette from time to time just to honor them. I'll never forget what they did for us! No need to like this comment, but if you did you would be bringing me back to this moment so that I may once again smile upon it! Hope you have a wonderful day! TLDR: A Toadette carried me and my brother through the hardest level and it was awesome!
Yeah agreed. The invisibility badge part was the worst one because you cant see anything. I died at that part and I was literally right there to the end. The whole level took me at least 28 lives.
Nintendo putting the spring badge challenge right before the second checkpoint was borderline evil. That cost me more lives than anything else and it was infuriating having to go back two whole sections to try again.
Yeah, I agree with you on the first run that I might’ve died five or six times but after a while, it gets really easy. I’m ashamed to say, but I actually practice how fast I can go through the level now instead of stressing to see if I can get it done.
Just finished this world 2 days ago and I’ve gotta say that badge gauntlet had me at wits end specifically that friggin Spring badge and to some extent the invisibility badge, like who thought bouncing around uncontrollably or not being able to see your character at all was a good idea😭 That being said I still think badges in general were a great edition to the game and I can see people doing some crazy stuff with them even if I never used like 3/4 of them, favourites had to be timed high jump, sensor and the wall kick badges. Great game though especially in the visuals department I’ll definitely be playing it again.
I just bought this game a couple days ago and can't stop playing. Once I got to the secret world, I turned around. 😂😂😂😂😂 I'm on the lava level now. I think world 6. Your the goat of this, even with all the deaths. Lmao
props for doing the invisible badge first try, but dishonorable to buy those extra lives just to not watch the game over screen. It cancels out, so you're fine.
I remember someone saying in this comment section saying that they died 99 times in the final challenge, leaving me pretty terrified of it... especially the invisibility section. Turns out, I'm better at this game than I thought... because I died only 9 times, and first try'd the invisibility section. So uh, to everyone wanting to do this level... don't let the comments scare you _THAT_ much- 😅
Nice to see someone else struggling, if anyone wants more help just use Nabbit and for the invisibility part try 2 player, it’ll have a crown above your head you can see at all times or just put some tape at where Mario runs.
"Imagine if I did all this and missed the top of the flag pole" Hi. That was me. That was pain. Hit the flagpole with I think 7 lives left after starting with about 55 lives. I immediately bought 99 lives to try it again...and got to the flagpole, and topped it, with 95 lives left. Practice makes the level easier. It's all the blind jumps and timings that you just can't sight read that make the level kill so many lives. And the badges always changing is what makes it hard.
Just 100%d this game. Took me a long time to get to the end of that final level…and then I missed the top of the flag pole :’) So I gave myself a 10 minute break, went back, and cleared the whole thing in one try - WITH the flag pole that time around. What a wild level!
This was fun to watch, just days after I finished it all, knowing what I knew. I was laughing when you thought it was over at the first Final Test level. Then again when you mentioned the invisibility one being annoying and probably the last one. Couldn’t believe you voluntarily exited when you’d gotten so far, though I too did not want to ever get a Game Over. I bought 99 lives and got through it all, but I DID initially miss the top of the flagpole because I didn’t think it mattered so much at that point, since I’d already gotten that far from getting all the others. I ended up having to buy another 99 for the second run-through. All that being said, unless there was a lot more editing than you let on, you got it all done a lot faster than I did. Nice work!
Finished the game yesterday. Along the way also finished a couple of Secret Worlds came across while playing (Pole Block Allure + Way of the Goomba - they gave some fits but muscled through them). Went back to explore the map for more and after finishing the game to find any others did not complete. After failing on Jump! Jump! Jump! too many times have decided I simply don't need to do it, especially after seeing your runs through the other Secret World levels have not yet found/attempted. It was cathartic watching the deaths/fails everyone endures trying to beat these though. I'm going to move into other new games have not yet played and keep my memories of this one fond (it was great). You are very good.

This level broke me, the invisibilitybpart is awful and I had to do it twice bc the first time i didnt get the topnof the flagpole
Yeah agreed. The invisibility badge part was the worst one because you cant see anything. I died at that part and I was literally right there to the end. The whole level took me at least 28 lives.
Oh god
Yup, I messed up in the exact same way with the flag pole
@@miguelgaming6123 thats honestly fast it took me a lot more
@@LexSchilperoord but honestly im glad they give you a reward at the end, that badge is hillarious
Nintendo putting the spring badge challenge right before the second checkpoint was borderline evil. That cost me more lives than anything else and it was infuriating having to go back two whole sections to try again.
True evil would have been putting the checkpoint just before the spring badge challenge so you have to go through that again every single attempt.
can’t wait to see you and the rest of side quest play this level. It’s gonna be hectic 😭
I ended up beating the last section by collecting around 100 coins each before I dipped.
Yeah, I agree with you on the first run that I might’ve died five or six times but after a while, it gets really easy. I’m ashamed to say, but I actually practice how fast I can go through the level now instead of stressing to see if I can get it done.
I have been stuck on the rhythm wall jump for months
Edit: nevermind I did it finally I’m so happy
That was the hardest level for me!
He made jump to the beat look so easy! It’s my only special world level left!
Just finished this world 2 days ago and I’ve gotta say that badge gauntlet had me at wits end specifically that friggin Spring badge and to some extent the invisibility badge, like who thought bouncing around uncontrollably or not being able to see your character at all was a good idea😭
That being said I still think badges in general were a great edition to the game and I can see people doing some crazy stuff with them even if I never used like 3/4 of them, favourites had to be timed high jump, sensor and the wall kick badges.
Great game though especially in the visuals department I’ll definitely be playing it again.
So how do we tell him that he hasn't 100% the game yet?
How do we tell him that he needs to grind out enough purple coins to buy every single standee?
I just bought this game a couple days ago and can't stop playing. Once I got to the secret world, I turned around. 😂😂😂😂😂 I'm on the lava level now. I think world 6. Your the goat of this, even with all the deaths. Lmao
HOW DID YOU DO THE FLUFF PUFF PEAKS SPECIAL 3RD TRY??!?!?!??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
23:51 I can imagine it
It happened to me and I had to do this level a second time to get the top of the flag "orz
I lost SO many lives on the petal isles special stage
8:37 here is a little tip in this level: the side spikes don’t kill you only getting squished on top or on bottom
props for doing the invisible badge first try, but dishonorable to buy those extra lives just to not watch the game over screen. It cancels out, so you're fine.
22:39 "Alright, Jet Run... ummm... I feel like I've practiced enough with this that I can...oh sh-" 😂😂😂
10:59 - I have never felt so intimidated from a Mario game in my life.
The emote thing is genius, I had to redo the invisibility portion at least 30 times lol
Him: theres one more stage after this... the final final stage... Me: That's what you think lol
Nice work!
You shouldn’t have started running once you went off the edge. Run a while before jumping
"Watch them end with something annoying. Like Invisibility."
Sometimes, Foreshadowing is relatively obvious.
Here 30 seconds after this was uploaded. Yay. I know this'll be a wonderful one.
Jump to the beat made my life flash before my eyes
All of these challenges were fun until the invisible one, which I cheesed by going online. Didn't realise I could cheese it by using emotes lol.
I call bs, how dare you exit to buy more lifes
15:05. If he only knew...
THAT WAS THE HARDEST PART OF THE GAME AND HE DOSE IT FIRST TRY... THE BALLOON DISH WAS THE HARDEST PART OF THE CHALLENGE... MY HATS ARE OFF TO YOU 🫡🎩 25:37
Climb to the beat took me a whole hour, made me rip my hair out 💀
Choc there is one more gold medal you have to get! you actually need to collect all of the standees. Thats why there is a standee shop in special world!
You have to collect the coins to keep gaining lives.
This game is made *MUCH* easier playing as a Yoshi.
