    Watching you do biceps curls with an arm blaster was a blast from the past.
    I still have my arm blaster, purchased new out of Muscle and Fitness Magazine in Nineteen Hundred and Ninty Four.
    I even have something very few people have and that is a 7ft Barbell that has the standard curlbar S shapes.

      Yes the arm blaster is awesome! That’s so cool you have that 7 foot bar. I’ve seen that type of bar before. I should look into getting one.

      @@OcraMedHealth if you do any close grip bench pressing for triceps work that 7 ft curl bar is nice. Easier on the wrists.
