Just got an open box too. Excellent for 500. Opened and tested everything in store. Luckily I did because the left joystick was pretty worn down and grinded into the housing. Exchange for another one.
@cosmicgamingunlimited I think even at 699 these devices are a steal. You get a full fledged computer in a handheld that can also play games. Most all the other ones are 1000 plus.
I want make sure I'm not spending a ton on this unit. I will use it a lot, but I do have other computers and gaming systems. I don't want to spend $300 for storage for a $500 handheld.

I think mine was rated in top condition. I saw some around $400 last week that were rated lower. I would be interested to see what a $400 looks like.
honestly, just upgrade your internal ssd to a 4 tb, and you wont even need the SD slot, i never use it

what settings did you use for Palworld? I have the z1 but I can't seem to find a good setting to help with battery life
