@@Poupipoupi-bw2bl all doctors I have spoken to have said that finasteride should not be consumed when partners are trying to conceive...staying off for ~3 - 6 months before further medical evaluation (in case of issues). Furthermore, older guys...folks with any problems etc. are likely to be at higher risk. To anyone cautious, male fluid analysis prior to finasteride use, after usage and return to baseline (stopping it) would surface personal differences. Some folks have posted their results on reddit in tressless FYI. Good luck!
Hi doctor, ive been on 0.5mg finasteride daily and its been about 8 months in. Is it normal to not see much of a difference compared to when i started? I was told that it can take a full year or more to see results from finasteride.
Hello...my wife is 13 weeks pregnant...I stopped finasteride 10 days before conceiving and then went back on...We have for the most part had protected sex with a condom up until this point but i am wondering if I am ok to not use a condom anymore going forward since she is out of trimester 1 of pregnancy.
I’m confused, did low dose finasteride negatively effect those with fertility issues or not? I think you first said there was a marked worsening of their symptoms but then you said no effect with low dose.
I am 28 .taking finesteride 4 months before my marriage.i setisfied during my relationship.but when cheak my seman test .i surprise. My motility lever is going on low level.before i feel some weakness.and then i use finesteride . So if i stop finesteride in how many weeks after my motility is come normal

Congrats. I wouldn't worry bout it. Saying Fina is bad is like saying tobacco and caffeine and fast food will hurt it. We see heroin and coke addicts have healthy kids. Don't sfress.
It doesn't much matter if your sperm are healthy if you have permanent ED from shrunken and damaged penile tissue, not to mention permanent depression and loss of libido. Fin is extremely dangerous for some people.
Nice misinformation. But to 99.9% of the population, it’s not a problem. And damage is only permanent if you ignore the side effects and continue to use it. In all clinical trials, side effects went away when usage was initially stopped. Permanent damage studies are all from the larger dose that people with BPH take to relieve their symptoms, its original purpose, with little choice but to keep taking it. People who are already suffering through ED, depression, and loss of libido.

Dear Sir, please help me. I did not trust anyone but you in this field I am Norod 1 two years ago and my doctor prescribed me finasteride, a dose of 5 ml with spironlactone 50 ml, with a preparation solution containing Salicylic acid. I used this protocol daily for 4 months, and he told me to leave the treatment, your condition improved, and that I noticed that the precipitation was still continuing, then he said after two years, we will repeat this treatment for you again I left it, and after a year I used finasteride 1.25 ml 3 times a week, and I began to exercise a lot until the side effects were removed, and I did not notice stability in the fall, and the hairline began to recede a little, and the spaces increased, then I left the treatment, and 3 months ago I did a hairline transplant, and now I want to keep my old hairline And stop the fall. Is it possible to take 0.5 of finasteride daily enough? What is your advice to me? Note that I was a smoker and now I quit smoking
