Are the “cash” villas the same rooms as the dvc villas? Thanks for the informative videos!

“Cash”’just means they are paid for with cash not points. Each DVC property has 2% held back that are sold for cash

Yes we do. VGF is one that you need to own to stay there. Waitlists sometimes come through, but usually only for shorter trips. I’m still trying to get in.

@@ShannonFord If you own VGF is it hard to get in? What would be another DVC that you would buy? I have two teenage daughters and we have always done girls trips to WDW and our favourite has always been GF but I also like Bay Lake Towers but really I would buy anywhere to own DVC.

@@t.miller5184 it’s hard to get in sometimes at peak times and in a standard studio. If you are able to book at the 10-11 month mark, you should be fine.
BLT studios are Teeny Tiny. We won’t stay there again in a studio. 1 bedrooms are gorgeous.
We love Old Key West for the size of the rooms and Boardwalk for the proximity to Epcot and DHS. We own at SSR and the refurbishments are gorgeous and the proximity to Disney Springs is great, but you can usually always get in there because it’s the largest DVC resort. But it’s one of the most economical.

@@t.miller5184 that’s how we are. As long as we are on Disney property, we are good. As of now, there are only 4 WDW properties we haven’t stayed at yet. Some are more difficult than others, but for us, a better value was most important.
