      Thanks for showing me how to do it the right way I was just doing it quickly didn't really pay no attention to the process that the machine shows... How do I get some of my threads that stuck underneath winder,?

      You have to carefully unwind it. I had a bunch under mine until i learned to do it right and it took me some time to get it out.

    love it i have this machine has had it for awhile tried the embroidery it seem to take forever but shall try again soon have had a few people wanting something with embroidery Think i might start with the iron on it seems to be easier i do sewing so i have the glue paper i like watching your videos because i do t shirts also the designing is what takes so long but i love it thanks and keep up the great work.

    Love your videos! Do you ever run into where the bobbin thread bunches up on the back of the fabric when you start sewing? It eventually cleans up but the initial ~inch of stitches are all wadded up. Thanks!

      That is a question for the manufacturer. I really do not know. I have never experienced that on any of my machines.

      Bryant Cruz your machine comes with 4 wound bobbins. When they run out just watch this video to rewind them

      I use brother Pe design 10 I couldnt find a link for you. It seems like they only sell brother pe design next now. This is the costly part of embroidering though. The software is expensive. Good luck. Let me know how you make out.

      What types of problems are you having? Did you watch my video on how to properly thread the machine. That is the main issue. You have to thread it with the foot lever raised. In the up position.
