  • Ginger helps to settle the stomach, whether you're suffering from nausea or the effects of over eating or drinking. While a natural ginger beer is always a good option, ginger beer contains a very light alcoholic kick 2% ABV to make you feel extra fine.
    Ginger beer is little bit alcoholic. I have not added extra carbon dioxide for the kick, while adding yeast for fermentation; it makes an alcoholic ginger beer, exciting way to enjoy the beverage.
    Ginger Beer can be a brewed drink, in varying degrees of alcoholic strength, made from ginger and Lemon. It is perfectly legal for children to drink them; they were probably invented for them in the first place.
    Many people drink ginger ale to relieve nausea, but you can also enjoy it as an everyday beverage.
    This is a simple recipe that anyone can do. There will be a follow up video (Homemade Ginger Beer Recipe in Hindi Part-2) on racking, carbonating, pasteurising and bottling, so stay tuned!

    I tried this beer and believe me it was awesome 👌. My husband has become a lover of this beer . But I don't have enough glass bottles. Can I put it in plastic bottles and keep it inthe fridge

      Actually glass bottle is best. As I prepare this during lockdown and that time I don’t have glass bottle so I used food friendly plastic. U pl use glass bottle.

      Vanita D'souza yes you can use bakery dry yeast. Which I mention on my video. For 5 ltr only 1 tablespoon not more then this

    Today is the 3rd day but still the colour of the Ginger Beer has not changed like the one you have shown in this video. What may be the reason? But I have also added Yeast Nutrients along with the yeast @ 50ml per liter of Beer.

    U said to release gas after 12 hours a day for 2 days. I did as u said released the gas from my 2.5 little bottle at 10 pm before sleep but suddenly at 6.30 am next day I heard a blast I ran towards kitchen I saw the bottle got burst and beer splits all over. Why this happened when I released the gas formation every hour from the bottle the day I made beer . As u said to release gas after every 12 hrs from the bottle then why the bottle burst before completion of 12 hrs. I believe that after pouring beer in bottles the bottles should be kept in fridge rather than keeping outside for 2 days because the fermentation process will slow down.

      Rahul Dolphin don’t don’t know why it happened ? Who much u fill the bottle ? Is their no air space ? Did U fill the whole bottle. Caz u have to put some space not full whole. Just see my video their is a space inside the bottle from neck to liquid

    I have used yeast available in the market,l have opened the lid after each 12hours, but no gas is coming out of the bottle.so no fermentation is seen even after six days.can I know where is the wrong

      Using wild yeast you get 7% alcohol but if you use dry yeast you will get only 4% alcohol
