Never believe in him not having any food narrative because if there's one thing people have in extreme abundance in Cameroon it's food as Cameroon possibly has the most fertile soil on the planet. Now the lack of money narrative is absolutely true as money is very rare for folks to put their hands on. The great majority of Cameroonians are financially broke but yet they're all very robust people because they eat too much.

Also it has been proven that fasting is good for your body, and Ngannou probably fasted at least every month in his life.
Also when he say he barely had food i think he talk about when he was in Morrocco in the desert and forrest for 18month, homeless trying to cross the border to go to Europe... I dont think there are association who take care of homeless and illegal immigrant in morrocco like in France for exemple when you can get free food and shelter.
So everything he say is true, but people in the west have been brainwashed to think if you dont eat 1 or 2 days, or if you dont eat 3x a day its not good for you, its the opposite man, check scientific fact on fasting and organic food, im french i can’t explain you everything but Ngannou is just a genetic freak, just like Mike tyson, Anthony joshua, Klitshko, Lebron james, Harry aitkines, Zion williamson, Myles garett, Herschel walker, Eddie hall, Bo jackson ect, most of them grew up in poverty or had a bad lifestyle, for exemple AJ was a weed dealer, and he was smoking, drinking, partyng everytimes ... But he has amazing genetic and was already ripped even then, and when he started training hard, eating good, taking supplements everydays like a high level athlete, thats what you get, a man who look like a greek god and with devastating power, thats genetic 🤷🏾♂️
