- “Step behind the scenes with Francis Ngannou” as I show you how I structure my average training day and offer you the chance to see how I live my day-to-day life. With sparring sessions with my striking coach Dewey Cooper in the morning. To barbershop discussions about my upbringing in Cameroon and an afternoon spent riding the waves, I hope to give you a look through my eyes as I mentally and physically prepare for my upcoming fight at UFC 270.

I think there is much more we haven’t see from Francis because he finished Stipe real fast in the rematch. I think Francis will find a way to clip Cyril Gane when they fight
Even in that fight he showed a lot. Great footwork, set ups, feinting, takedown defense, switching stance during a combination, tighter punches. I think it was a great technical display from Ngannou
That’s what I think, he’ll clip him in round 2 and finish him by the end of the round
I saw alot in that fight including that ridiculous high kick and Stipe ate it pretty well on his jaw. For me, That kick alone makes Stipè The GOAT of heavyweight

True, Dana White and his company are in favor of Gane. The contract issue with Francis is the main problem here. Dana wants to make money from Ngannou through unfavorable terms. He is going through what Jon Jones went through with Dana

I'm a firm believer that Francis Ngannou is the greatest (and most intimidating) heavyweight MMA fighter that the UFC has ever seen.

@@canismajoris6733 I think that this fight with Ngannou will be more difficult than that one with Lewis. Francis has better lower body conditioning and moves around better than Lewis. He's also faster when he strikes. But aside those differences, I think Gane is perfectly capable of pulling off an upset. Timing and momentum.

Francis please don't believe what Gane is saying on going for a decision, Gane is a smart guy he probably planning to do what other opponents haven't done which is pressure you to get you seeing something different from what other fighters have tried which is mix strikes, footwork and grapple with you 2 rounds and knock you out when you're tired in the 3rd or 4thw..be prepared for anything with Gane he is a lot like Izzy they never want to show their hands
I agree with your comment. I don’t believe Cyril Gane’s public comments to the media on how he plans to fight this fight either. He wants a TKO and is trained by European Savate, K1, & Muay Thai guys and most of those guys fight more like Anderson Silva and Jon Jones. They will jab and throw leg kicks all night while cutting angles and throwing quick boxing combos while trying to set up a knee (especially watch out for flying knees when they catch someone sleeping in the ring/octagon), KO Head kicks, and elbows (Muay Thai guys like Jones & Gane love spinning elbows to the weak side of an opponent when moving in and out of punching range). We know Cyril won’t turn into Fabricio Werdum and be a expert BJJ submission guy overnight. My guess is the BJJ is better in Las Vegas than Paris anyday. Kickboxing is Europe’s speciality. Cyril could try to win on points and move and run all night while collecting points like how Muhammad Ali fought but we can see a pattern where he fatigues people and finishes them with TKO’s just like Jon Jones. Francis has good enough endurance and is an athletic dude so Francis will find a way to have the fight go his way. I would really watch the leg kicks since Muay Thai guys love to slow people down with those. Francis uses a lot of good feints and works on switch stances so he will have some good stuff ready for Cyril on fight night for sure.
@@cgiles9086, que bueno tu comentario, y creo que Nganou algo ha de estar preparando para Ciryl, por lo menos cn sparring ya lo sintió,, que lo sorprenda cm a miocic, cuando le defendió el primer derribó y le dio un jiro a la pelea demostrando que aprendió de la derrota y se superó, espero que este estudiando los movimientos de Ciryl y le cambie el estilo de la pelea haciendo que entre en una pelea en serio y bloqueando esas piernas de Ciryl que puede ser el arma que va a usar para esta pelea para mantener la distancia de Nganou, utilizando las piernas como si fuera un jab, en alguna pelea ya vi algo haci,,
si a miocic le bloqueo los derribó que a Ciryl le bloque las piernas no se cm pero que lo haga,,y q se prepare cn buen cardio, ya espero ver esa pelea

I like that he asked for his change LoL, even did that knowing he is on camera. He is real, many times celebrities have learnt to act in certain way to make fans think of them in a good way. He could have been 'humble' and 'nice' just for the sake of giving a certain picture to the fans. True humility is not seen by the acts, someone can be proud and yet act humble. Humility is a nature of heart, and being real/ being who you are in any situation is probably the most important thing.
