The fact I had to look up RUclips to get the location of the fuse means the game is badly designed. It's like 5th or 6th time I use RUclips for this game.
my first time looking something up for this game but the game literally told me to search for a fuse at that place, but i didnt know how to open up that warehouse xDD
The Kalevala Knights Workshop open by following the story before you get the pieces for the float. It happens when you follow the deputies from the trailer park. If that hasn't happened yet, keep progressing through the story and make sure to visit the mind place to see what goal is next. Hope that helps

First time looking anything up. Everything else has been fine. Just explore extensively and you will find most hidden things

The wooden entrance gate is closed
You're ahead of yourself. You have to progress further in the story by exploring more first. The gate opens in a cutscene
