Three Sisters is based on the indigenous diet in the Americas, mainly during the time of mesoamerica. Grew up eating corn, squash and beans my whole life. Love to see this used in the UK and beyond, great nutrition.

@@SpicyMoustache I love what you do and i am definitely a fan. I have been overweight for a few years and I am making lifestyle changes to lose weight, cook healthy, waste nothing, and grow herbs and vegetables and fruits for myself and family. With that being said do you have a book?
Square foot layout, equipment, cost so this can be replicated in my own backyard. I have to get this right, tired of feeling like crap. I know it’s food and exercise. I can do this, just need a plan of action.
Like an orange 5-6 different uses. I feel like my body needs this mind body spirit.

Great job guys! Can clearly see you put a lot of hard work into this. I think my favourite part is the spiral planter.
I like the North London nod in the shed! 😉 How many kidney's were they to buy or did you manage to get some in the shop regular price? lol
I love the birdies beds but they are way too expensive for our budget, so we just improvised with the patio crazy paving slabs and donated breeze blocks. We also re used bricks for other borders.
Our local allotments only offer 1 x 5 rod plots, for about the same price.
Looking forward to seeing an update down the line but at least you have a bit more growing space now.
We have our school fair coming up and plan to sell some tomatoes, kale, etc, with all proceeds going to the school but i am not sure how much i should charge per tomato plant? They are all indeterminate varieties are about 90 cm tall now and are flowering.
They are all in recyclable plastic drink bottles so i don't lose my pots like i did last year when i gave them to friends. I was really a bit bummed to find out they put them in the bin, when i specifically asked for them to be returned when they planted them so i had pots for them next year. It is really disappointing when you are giving them free organically grown plants and all you ask for is the pot back.
Anyway, hopefully the school will benefit from it in some way.
Hope you are staying cool in the heatwave? The mozzies are out tonight and not seen our resident toad this year but the spiders are out in force! Hoping that we get some rain tomorrow as it missed us today!
    Sending best wishes from London!

What about a Little Hydroponic Bamboo Sustained Hanging Structure in order to Verticalize your Space and Having more to Farm...?
There are small solar Water Pump that for less than 20£ comes already with their Little Panels...
Just the amount of Pressure it needs to allowing Water to Drop over Roots...
You can Plant Rare things as Wild Strawberry and White Strawberry that Aren't easy to find and Sell Good To Resturants and Bakeries...
    Try it up !
    I tried your Pistacchio Tart...
    Amazing...
Try Making a Garnish with a string of Melted 100% Dark Chocolate over the Cream...
    Pistachio, Raspberry, Dark Chocolate...

    • @antoniopacelli
      @antoniopacelli Год назад

      @@SpicyMoustache
Contrary to its name, apparently Hydroponic needs less water to grow compared to soil...
Just the dripping droplets over the roots will be just fine...so you can use the liquid form of your Homemade Compost just by watering it and filtering directly down the water container jug.
All you need more is a Pressureless Battery Powered Timer (~27£) and Rockwool that cost nothing...
You can Definitely make it also with water bottles...
You just run a Watering Hose with Holes through the bottles and substitute the Soil with Rockwool.
Than Obviously it would be best with Cannabis... but until the King Doesn't admits that during his time culturing his passion for Cultivation he indeed grown some Beautiful Green Nugets..
...We will have to Go on with Berries, Tomatoes and Lemon Thyme...
      ...Or you could try Saffron...
It sells for way more than Gold Per Gram...
      Stay Beastly Strong !
