And now after watching the video you know you need to spend more time with God and figuring out who you are as a person and doing things you need to do before you're ready for marriage. But that doesn't stop the fact that you literally just want to date someone and have fun together and probably grow together yes not for a long time but at least spend happy moments together platonically if that's a thing.

I found Todd Michael b/c my mother found Steve Furtick and I have been touched by many of their messages. This series really speaks to me. I was previously married and gave my all to a man(-child) who I thought I was supposed to save and who ended up distancing me from God. It was not a healthy relationship, and it did cause a lot of damage. Thankfully God breaks us before He blesses us, and He has renewed His purpose in me. He has moved mountains in my life in such an indescribable way. This series has truly touched my heart and has provided me with clarity in my past mistakes, in my current situation, and in how I perceive and plan for my future. I’m in the season of being single and just recently Jesus is showing me just as your message is stating what this fully means. Thanking him for this time an wisdom of how this time is suppose to be with him and I. He’s been protecting me this entire time of not ever getting married yet!! I was going to watch one video every Sunday, but here I am. The least Christian Christian person I know watching this for the past two days- I even watched two today. That says a lot about this channel and church. Never in my life would I ever have guessed I’ll be this into a sermon (I think the word is). I actually believe and agree completely with the BIBLE?! His interpretation is what I always said is the Christian I am. I could never find a PASTOR let alone anyone else to have the same interpretation. He’s making me actually want to believe in God because THATS the God I have a relationship with. The one who loves EVERYONE and still relates to us, not the: woman only for men’s pleasure and company, LGBT is wrong, old world views, etc. I feel awakened almost? As cheesy as that sounds. I'm glad youtube recommended this for me, I have enjoyed this! some of the info I heard from the late Dr. Myles Munroe, but when its true, its true.. the word of God reaffirms itself. when I hear teaching like this, I think there is no excuse for people to live right. Even if you don't have a church home, you can still have a close relationship with God ( reading God's word, letting his word cleanse and direct you and allowing the holy spirit to help daily). This has been my standard all my life. I must have understood this on my own by the Holy Spirit because my mom once said to me "I don't know where you got the idea that you should only date someone you might want to marry. Just date around. Have fun." NO. I've never been in a relationship because no one has ever passed the first interview with me. After 37 years I can't deny that I've been tempted to lower those standards but it wouldn't be what I want. I'm ok being single until I can find what I'm really after.
I thank god my mom taught me this stuff when I was small. I'm blessed to have old parents who share their wisdom with me and teach me. They have so much experience as my moms previous husband died and my father had a divorce. I learned a lot like being careful who you chose because my dad married a woman and then became a Christian. She hated it when he joined the worship team so she threw his guitar over the balcony and tried to get him arrested by lying, always causing trouble, but he didn't want his kids to grow up without a dad so he waited till they were old enough and they separated. It's awesome to hear a preacher teaching this stuff because I don't think it's heard enough

My mind is completely blown! I’m 55 and he said so much of what I know in my heart but have had trouble articulating and with scripture to back it up! I found Todd Michael b/c my mother found Steve Furtick and I have been touched by many of their messages. This series really speaks to me. I was previously married and gave my all to a man(-child) who I thought I was supposed to save and who ended up distancing me from God. It was not a healthy relationship, and it did cause a lot of damage. Thankfully God breaks us before He blesses us, and He has renewed His purpose in me. He has moved mountains in my life in such an indescribable way. This series has truly touched my heart and has provided me with clarity in my past mistakes, in my current situation, and in how I perceive and plan for my future. I was going to watch one video every Sunday, but here I am. The least Christian Christian person I know watching this for the past two days- I even watched two today.
That says a lot about this channel and church. Never in my life would I ever have guessed I’ll be this into a sermon (I think the word is). I actually believe and agree completely with the BIBLE?! His interpretation is what I always said is the Christian I am. I could never find a PASTOR let alone anyone else to have the same interpretation. He’s making me actually want to believe in God because THATS the God I have a relationship with. The one who loves EVERYONE and still relates to us, not the: woman only for men’s pleasure and company, LGBT is wrong, old world views, etc. I feel awakened almost? As cheesy as that sounds.

I'm glad youtube recommended this for me, I have enjoyed this! some of the info I heard from the late Dr. Myles Munroe, but when its true, its true.. the word of God reaffirms itself. when I hear teaching like this, I think there is no excuse for people to live right. Even if you don't have a church home, you can still have a close relationship with God ( reading God's word, letting his word cleanse and direct you and allowing the holy spirit to help daily). This is changing my view on being single and my relationship goals.

I have had many times I have prayed for my relationship and asked God to be the foundation of it yet I was busy fornicating and sleeping with them. Most of them ended and now I know it's coz he didn't approve any of that. I was busy trying to place God in the middle of a relationship that is bad from the onset. I took a stance and made a decision to wait till I am married coz I wanna live in a way that makes him pleased of me. Thank you God for this word

This has been my standard all my life. I must have understood this on my own by the Holy Spirit because my mom once said to me "I don't know where you got the idea that you should only date someone you might want to marry. Just date around. Have fun." NO. I've never been in a relationship because no one has ever passed the first interview with me. After 37 years I can't deny that I've been tempted to lower those standards but it wouldn't be what I want. I'm ok being single until I can find what I'm really after.

I thank god my mom taught me this stuff when I was small. I'm blessed to have old parents who share their wisdom with me and teach me. They have so much experience as my moms previous husband died and my father had a divorce. I learned a lot like being careful who you chose because my dad married a woman and then became a Christian. She hated it when he joined the worship team so she threw his guitar over the balcony and tried to get him arrested by lying, always causing trouble, but he didn't want his kids to grow up without a dad so he waited till they were old enough and they separated. It's awesome to hear a preacher teaching this stuff because I don't think it's heard enough
