- Come join me on this POV of the Wild Kingdom Train at Lagoon Amusement Park. I did a ONE RIDE CHALLENGE on a holiday, go in, do one ride, then leave the park.
The Animaland Train with a modern name change to the Wild Kingdom Train opened in 1967. This train continues the memory of Lagoon being a stop on the old Bamberger Train line. This steam train ride travels with guests around the lagoon, treating them to spectacular views and glimpses of exotic animals. The ride travel through Utah's 2nd largest zoo named "The Wild Kingdom Train Zoo. With animals like Siberian tigers, a golden eagle, zebras, camels, and African lions, the Wild Kingdom Train gives an experience unlike most amusement park train rides.
