for people having trouble with this: make sure you complete your desired bounties while offline, collect them and put them in your supply locker. then, completely close the game application and reconnect to the internet. shouldn't have any problems.

It’s not that new. Some games like Fallout 4 react the same way. I can set my console to December 24 and the game will think it’s that day and change the settlements to a festive theme
it still works as of August 18th 2023. Make sure when you do this to ALWAYS save and quit your game, close the application, then you can go online and keep your items.

Took a bit of messing about on PC to get it to work...I had to put the Xbox app into offline game mode in profile>settings>general then It tells you to start the game in online mode for it to qualify for offline play....once that worked I could then unplug network cable and adjust date and the bounty came available. I'm messing about with Brian's crafting challenge so wanted the Improvised Weapon Bench from Trumbull pack....got it. Cheers RvidD you da man!

I think you have to have offline mode enabled through xbox account as well?..., all I got when I first did this was the inability to track achievement progress to the bounty so it was kind of useless in my case?

Excuse me, I don't know if you can help me with a problem that I have in the game, what happens is that I have a community on the Providence Ridge map, and in this, no matter how time goes by, I don't get random missions, kind of survivors with needs, mysterious transmission and those kinds of missions, and the truth is I don't know why, it happened to me on the Cascade Hills map too, and I still haven't solved it, I have a community on the desert map and there I just Those missions go out, but not in my other communities, I hope they can help me

Literally, I leave the game there, and time goes by, and only enclave missions appear, the kind you know when you start the map, and none of survivors with needs or mysterious transmission, the weird thing is that it didn't happen to me before
Also from my experience, new missions will not arrive when we leave the game idling. If this is not the cause of your problem, I too have no clue about what's going on. Better start another community.
@@JorgeGonzalez-lc8de it also depends on how long you been on same map. Are you 50+ days. After being on a map for so long only missions that will pop up are just simple enclave missions. You need to reset your map or move to a new one. Some missions also only happen with fewer enclave s on the map,hearts being on the map and how full your community is.
If you missed out on a month and your like to get the pack, is a great idea. And since is your game, you play it the way you like to play it, and so does others.

For me, it only works by being offline. I didn't have to set my xbox profile to offline

If you have too many enclaves in your map, get rid of few of them. The enclaves limit is 15. If you reach 15, no new missions will arrive.
