for people having trouble with this:
make sure you complete your desired bounties while offline, collect them and put them in your supply locker. then, completely close the game application and reconnect to the internet. shouldn't have any problems.
Where can you disconnect your console?

Game does not have saving system

it's my experience, but every time I'm playing, after 15-140 mins I'm rage quittimg, because I'm seeing some disgusting bugs ruining my save every time

It’s not that new. Some games like Fallout 4 react the same way. I can set my console to December 24 and the game will think it’s that day and change the settlements to a festive theme

This could potentially have an unwanted side effect when it comes to your cloud saves. It may get confused.

I am a little bit scared of doing this because of that fact so like would I lose my progress for my communities or something if I were to do this? I need help.

the only things that i’m missing are the scarecrow mask and another mask that was a free gift if u logged in during a certain time period, so will i be able get those rewards if i change my date and time?

Just be aware as soon as you re connect it will divert back to the correct month and you'll have to re do the bounties. Not a big deal because they are fun. Just a pain in the ass to keep track of what community has what once it does happen
? i did not have to. i kept all of the weapons that i got from the bounties.
can confirm if you've done the bounties you can just go back and buy them again, I never had to redo any of the bounties, did this yesteday, today is 7/26/2022

How do you make sure the weapons stay in your supply lockdr after you're done? I just did a few bounties, closed the game and went back online, and i didn't have any of the guns I earned
I was in september, did the trick, got the cricket bat from october, connected to internet again, it kept in my inventory
it still works as of August 18th 2023. Make sure when you do this to ALWAYS save and quit your game, close the application, then you can go online and keep your items.

Something to note. Unless you have your xbox to your home xbox, or you actually bought the game itself, people with game pass won’t be able to do this. Going offline and and changing the settings won’t be able to connect you to game pass

Keep the year as 2022 just change the month this still works on v 29.2 on Xbox
If I missed free items when login in specific times (like the free items we get on September-November 2022) can this also work?

The old switch a roo lol I use this to play new games earlier before they come out
Took a bit of messing about on PC to get it to work...I had to put the Xbox app into offline game mode in profile>settings>general then It tells you to start the game in online mode for it to qualify for offline play....once that worked I could then unplug network cable and adjust date and the bounty came available. I'm messing about with Brian's crafting challenge so wanted the Improvised Weapon Bench from Trumbull pack....got it. Cheers RvidD you da man!
For me, it only works by being offline. I didn't have to set my xbox profile to offline

@@ksachi. windows settings -> time & language, then toggle off the "Set time automatically" and then change to whatever date you want

How cano I reset the Bounty? I I recently started anothet game on steam and It have the Xbox game pass Bounty done! Só obviusly now i have to buy the armor and cara from Bounty instead do get It from completing the Bounty, like the First time...

You can only do this 5 or 6 times so I suggest doing it all at once, then not again for awhile.

Excuse me, I don't know if you can help me with a problem that I have in the game, what happens is that I have a community on the Providence Ridge map, and in this, no matter how time goes by, I don't get random missions, kind of survivors with needs, mysterious transmission and those kinds of missions, and the truth is I don't know why, it happened to me on the Cascade Hills map too, and I still haven't solved it, I have a community on the desert map and there I just Those missions go out, but not in my other communities, I hope they can help me
If you have too many enclaves in your map, get rid of few of them. The enclaves limit is 15. If you reach 15, no new missions will arrive.
@@StateofDecayScience I understand, but the detail is that the communities where missions do not appear, I just created them, I do not know if it is a bug in the game or a problem with the console, since I changed from the Xbox One S to the S Series, and I find it strange 😥
Literally, I leave the game there, and time goes by, and only enclave missions appear, the kind you know when you start the map, and none of survivors with needs or mysterious transmission, the weird thing is that it didn't happen to me before
Also from my experience, new missions will not arrive when we leave the game idling. If this is not the cause of your problem, I too have no clue about what's going on. Better start another community.
@@JorgeGonzalez-lc8de it also depends on how long you been on same map. Are you 50+ days. After being on a map for so long only missions that will pop up are just simple enclave missions. You need to reset your map or move to a new one. Some missions also only happen with fewer enclave s on the map,hearts being on the map and how full your community is.

I think you have to have offline mode enabled through xbox account as well?..., all I got when I first did this was the inability to track achievement progress to the bounty so it was kind of useless in my case?

Why do that at all just play the game.
If you missed out on a month and your like to get the pack, is a great idea. And since is your game, you play it the way you like to play it, and so does others.
Hope they just make this a universal thing so that we don’t have to change system time to access all the bounty’s
