The reason you’re moving out of an RV is the reason I’m wanting to move into an RV. 😂 I’m 13W6D and living with my in laws trying to figure it all out. Missed seeing you and congratulations!
Oh wow! Congratulations to you and Andre! I'm so happy for you. It sounds like you are planning on staying out West. I hope you have an easy birth. I had my one and only at age 38 with 1.5 hours of light labor, at home, unplanned. Please keep in touch with us!
My advice regarding first time parents, less is best. Babies do not need 101 things, nor do parents need 101 things to be good parents. My advice regarding first time homeowners/any homeowner, own the house don’t let the house own yours. Congratulations to you both 🎉 Wishing all much happiness and good health
@@ChristysDiscountLife Love all of your videos. The homemade biscuits are a massive hit with all visitors that come to visit me. It really makes company feel so special!
Thank you for sharing your experience in the RV, it’s really helpful, all of us out here are so appreciative of your experience. And.. Congratulations!!!!!👶🏻
I'm about to move into an rv with my wife and soon to be 7 year old. I wouldn't want to take care of a baby in one though :D. We will be in northern Oregon. Congrats and hope you're baby is doing well.
Thank you! I have missed posting videos. I'm hoping to start making them regularly again and focusing on my original goal for this channel: teaching skills to save money and live well (and practicing that for myself)!
Congratulations on your baby girl! Very exciting stuff coming your way. If i was to give you advice on something ive done that is new to you, get an epidural. Its a wonderful thing they ask you ahead of time if youd like to have, say you betcha sign me up. Its not bad for the baby and it will be a much more comfortable experience for you, if they have a pull up bar over a delivery bed ask for that. Laying on your back to give birth is for the doctors ease not yours. If you can pull yourself into a more upright position when you push that will help a lot. If they dont have that remember cross grab your opposite foot when you push. Right hand left foot. I wish someone had told me i would have done it sooner that when i finally just did it as a last effort i was running out of energy to push. That did the trick too. Fortunately i was in no pain while i was figuring things out. Epidurals are great. As far as once she is here, dont get too exasperated or frustrated with being tired.. you only have an infant for a year. A baby a year. A toddler a year. And my god it goes fast. Do your best to enjoy every stage, she will be in kindergarten before you can believe it, blink and she will be leaving elementary school and going to middle school and talking about boys and wanting to date. Its crazy how fast they grow up and youll ache a bit inside every time you think of them as a toddler. Being a mother is an amazing experience but it is a bit an emotional (excuse the term) mind fuck. Youll see what i mean. The ache you feel as you say goodbye to each stage of their life and the kid they were is not always easy especially when you have a stage that you were especially fond of. You live who they are becoming as well, its just different as its supposed to be . Mine for my son was 3 and 4 years old. And i still would give anything to spend a day with that cutie little boy again. That doesnt mean i dont adore the young man he is now and the man he is growing into, im very proud. But that littlw boy was just ahh everything and what sucks is he doesn't even remember it or those times. Best time of my life, he is the reason why and he diesnt remember. That is not fair,(part of that double edge sword) in summary enjoy every moment and take videos with her rtalking on them. Youll want to hear that little voice again someday. Pictures, videos. Youll watch them in the middle of the night some time in the future and cry with a smile on your face. Youll be there some day and go omg the lady in my you tube comments really nailed it. It all was so right on, glad i know this is all so normal and other moms go through this too. Ill pop into your head oftern if you read this. Again congratulations and enjoy the journey, try not to blink too much, you may miss something. 😁🤗🤩But don't worry, You got this! I get a very familiar vibe from you, you have a very similar mindset to me, so you will be a wonderful mom, and a great teacher of self sufficiency she is lucky to have a mom that has taken control of her life like you have, and just goes for it when you follow your heart.🎉
Congratulations Kids. You seem mature and stable enough to handle that responsibility. Of course our children are all grandparents now, LOL so I'm not going to tell you what to expect because this isn;t 1969 anymore. I just hope you have as much fun on this adventure as My wife and I had. Gee I just realized how old we are. Our grandchildren are having children. That explains the wrinkles. 😁
So, I am in the process of purchasing my 1st home. It is a 2022 single wide mobile home. It has 3 bdrms and 2 full-size baths. For $64,000. I'm a single mom w/a son. He's 16 yrs old. I'm 41. I'm obviously low income, but this is a BIG DEAL to me! Homes are expensive and for me they're hard to get compared traditional homes. Its been a long time coming...

Your reason for quitting the full time RV lifestyle is the greatest reason to find something with a grounded foundation. All the best.
