Ball was in - I’m a huge advocate for league matches using SwingVision or similar technology for all line calls. Line calling integrity is a huge flaw in USTA league play at all levels
Probably in (need more frames), really difficult to say when ball is blocking the view of the line. However, my policy is that if I do not SEE it out, it is in. Not many follow my lead though.

The volleying player is on the service line as the ball is struck and also a metre on the ad side. He's out of position and leaving deuce court open to attack with either a dipping or driven backhand.
In fairness, that's the worst possible volley (in play) you could get. even an average 3.5 will often do better than that. But I accept the general point - make them play a volley.
