Smoking materials to blame for apartment fire

Tonight, more than a dozen people must find a new place to live after a massive fire tore through an apartment complex in Virginia Beach. This happened at Legends at the Beach just before four this afternoon and tonight, we know smoking materials discarded in a stairwell garbage can are to blame. Marta Berglund has the details.
