"I didn't do it. I was driving by myself."
Oh, well then, case dismissed.
Let me get this straight , during the time of the murders , his phone was conveniently turned off between 2 and 4, and his phone pinged not once or twice but 12 times….the EXACT same location where the murders happend MONTHS PRIOR , then 5 days after the murder happend he tried to change his car total ? And they found his dads DNA on a bedsheet? What more do we need ? He’s guilty af
They found HIS DNA at the crime scene, not his dad’s…
@@liquiddevil7396thanks for clarifying that because I was suspicious of the father ever since I seen them pulled over together
He's extremely guilty. And he will be found guilty. He is a monster.
@@ssherrierablehis dad arrived after the murders.
@ssherrierable they didn't have Brian's DNA and when they arrested him he was wearing latex gloves and he was allegedly throwing his trash into the neighbor's trash can from my understanding and they couldn't find anything with his DNA on it so they had gotten DNA of his dad's and it in turn showed it to be Brian's DNA!!! There's a lot more then all this they just said and I don't know how a jury will ever find him innocent with everything I have seen!!!
I'm not saying he did it or didn't do it but man he sure looks deranged
With a demeanor as scary as that, he can't possibly be a murderer 😂
William Dafoe looks more scary. He is a murderer too? What kinda logic is this. You are racist.
That’s not an alibi it’s a story. An alibi has a reason you didn’t do it, or better proof you didn’t.
innocent till guilty. not the other way around my friend.
Um, driving around looking at the stars isn't an alibi.
See, I’m kinda weird and I do this , but his phone was pinged near the house 12 times prior , they found DNA from him on a bedsheet and his phone was conveniently turned off during the time of murder ? How convenient
did you miss the part " his cell record will confirm his alibi and the 20+ yrs expert witness can testify in court"???
sure.. lets pretend its only a "Crazy Stargazing Alibi" 😂
I say the prosecution needs to call ET to verify he was star gazing! 🙄
@WalpNachitt you need major help if you don't think this alibi is crazy. He's guilty AF.
@officialtoastyy DNA wasn't found on the bed sheet, it was the knife sheath!!!
"I couldn't have done it, I was driving around the area from 1 to 4 in the morning star gazing". Oh heck, case dismisses. Sorry to have bothered you, Sir. But how did your touch DNA get in the knife sheath that was left at the scene?
He doesn't deserve any attention.....
Yet you give it
Whackest alibi ever
We know he was out driving around! He just happened to shut off his phone! Geez!
I didn’t know you could update an Alibi as if your old one wasn’t good enough to get hired for the job
It's astonishing all the evidence points to him, and his actions point to him. Let's not forget that an eye witness puts him in the house during the murders.
This guy is so guilty there's no doubt in my mind he did it. His behavior is not of an innocent person. How do you explain the knife with his DNA on it and his cell location near the crime scene and his sus behavior after the crime. Come on
The knife had other DNA’s on it. Plus the trial hasn’t started and the prosecution hasnt showed what they have. He is still innocent till proven guilty.
It was a sheath, not a knife. The weapon was never found.
did you miss the part " his cell record will confirm his alibi and the 20+ yrs expert witness can testify in court"???
sure.. lets pretend its only a "Crazy Stargazing Alibi" 😂
And the sheath is the only evidence they have, the first lab/state lab it was sent to found nothing, then they sent it to an out of state lab where all of a sudden there's DNA? There's no motive or connection to any of the victims, prosecution can't even prove the white car driving around there was actually his car, no evidence of victims DNA in his car, apartment, office, or clothing. Whoever did this had to have been drenched in blood. The blood sniffing dogs found no scent of blood outside the house, almost like the killers never left the house with blood on them...If I was on that jury I would have to say "not guilty" unless prosecution has something else...what has been presented is not even close to being enough evidence to go to trial IMO, Innocent until proven guilty. Very strange case....
@@jeant7361 same thing I been saying forever since they posted this guys mugshot! Everyone wants to say he is guilty sooo bad but they don’t even have enough evidence. Whoever committed this crime did a very outstanding job to get away with it or hide a lot of stuff. There’s barely anything they have on Kohberger and it’s frustrating to see people wanna make him guilty with no evidence.
Another delay tactic
Ya it was a bs alibi the first time I heard it too
Why are you even reporting this ridiculous “alibi”
His DNA was found at the scene. DNA does not lie
there are limits to what DNA can tell us about a crime. And what it can and can’t reliably prove in court needs to be much clearer.
search "How Forensic DNA Evidence Can Lead to Wrongful Convictions"
@@triplekillerable the DNA was found on a knife sheath in a bed with two deceased people... That in line with the other evidence is pretty damning.
@@uncannycomicsvideogames1453 dude I can shake your hand and I would have your DNA..
That means nothing.
I agree that DNA does not lie, but sometimes weird things happen. Lukis Anderson was wrongfully charged and jailed for months because his DNA was on the fingernails of a murder victim, but it was eventually determined that Lukis had a 100% solid alibi, so he was set free. Basically, before the murder happened and at a different location, paramedics were called to treat Lukis for a medical issue and then he was transported to the hospital (which is where he was when the murder happened). Then later those same paramedics were dispatched to the murder scene. They used the same oxygen sensor (that they place on the patients finger) that was used on Lukis, thus putting Lukis' DNA on the fingernails of the murder victim.
@@Real_Jenius in this case a phone really isn’t proof eyewitness are.
It bores & confuses me how this accused murderer doesn’t just confess- such a waste of time & effort.
Definitely one of the strangest murder cases. Him making comments online via different accounts was definitely one of the stranger reveals in this case.
What?
Criminal
Justice for the students and their familied
This has already dragged on too long already. When does the trial start?
What were the other 2 roommates doing for 8 hours after the murders? Not calling 911?
How do you “update” an alibi?…that doesn’t even make sense. In other words he’s changing or adding to his original alibi.
This guy was studying and teaching criminology, right? And this was the best alibi his educational background could come up with?!
This proves opportunity not alibi. So his phone was turned off during the murders and then was on (in the area) before and after the murders.
You couldn't sleep, Brian?
Why wouldn't he say he was driving around from the beginning of all this? Who star gazes at 4 a.m. on a snowy night?
You frame the guy out stargazing.
😂😅so his alibi is the stars and the moon😂😂😂
This is old news, why is it a repeat ?
He had to see all the evidence against him before developing a story that would explain his actions that night
Why isn't anyone talking about the park closes at dusk except for campers? How could BK go there to run and star gaze at night if the park was closed?
He’s creepy he did it duhh
Is that David Schwimmer?
now they got him good. He locked in his alibi, and it is easily disproven. Where in a non alibi situation the prosecution has to provide proof beyond reasonable doubt against any possible scenario the jury could think of that raises doubt. Now all the prosecution has to do is disprove his alibi.
How old is he.
28
Murderers are usually given the benefit of the doubt depending on the Judge. IN spite of evidence and indictment, getting out for a while waiting for trial is becoming more popular with judges. Guess what, they do it again. Go figure as to who appointed these judges
He has been in jail since he was arrested. 🙄
Bondi case too...
He played the system.
🤬
Him turning of his phone is it
It's hard to look at his face.... Just disguising!!!!!
This is just crazy!! Guiltier by the day!!
This guy kind of looks like Bobby Fischer
BS!!
Monster
I get real OJ Simpson vibes from this murder. So many similarities.
Omg
They can always just set him free 😏
This guy must be using Ted Bundys legal team.
Weak sauce
Will someone please pay my mortgage?
Sure
Plz don't stab me sir
Also, Tom Cruise knows where Shelly Miscavige is.
HIS DNA WAS ON THE SHEATH. His goose is cooked.
I worry he could say he looked at that knife in the store snapping the sheath a couple of times explaining the DNA.
@@dwainschumer9298there's a lot of other evidence too. He's done for.
did you miss the part " his cell record will confirm his alibi and the 20+ yrs expert witness can testify in court"???
sure.. lets pretend its only a "Crazy Stargazing Alibi" 😂
Copy and paste..blah blah blah. Get some help, dude.
Lie detector test
That proves nothing.
Looks like modest pelican tf
Double procedures in this sus corrupted case : "
1. Judge Judge first time made the dead lie for Kohberger alibi in August 23 , 2023 < now this is the second dead lie for Kohberger alibi April 17 2024. hmm.
2, the first Time Ann taylor deprived Kohberger rights for speedy trial on January 05 2023 hearings, and for the second time Judge Judge deprived Kohberger rights for the speedy trial in August 23 2023.
3. FBI ( military cop payne son of Judges) twice went to the MURDER house ( in March 2023, and in November 2023) to do the stupid 3D cartoons BEFORE destroying the house - the main evidence, Idaho cops>judges think t that the 3D cartoons would be the better evidence istada of the real crime scsne - the house by itself .
4. Two Judges twice asked kohberger to plea NOT guilty - in front of Judge marshall on january 05, 2023 hearing , and in front of Judge Judge in August 2023 hearing. .. .
see, this is VERY SUSpicious when Judges fbi and cops investigators are destroying the crime scene BEFORE the Trial. as they want to hide something ... holes in the walls from their hunter rifles?
What????
BS
Updated Alibi is a good ska punk band
What’s Kamala doing on the news? 😊
hmm, very sus , that Judge is stretching the case time so long till April 17 2024 .. this is VERY stupid to make a dead line for alibi in April 17 2024 - 1,5 years after the murder.. hmm. as Judge did not care to ,make the case going quicklier? hmm, very sus scratching the case,,, See, those Idaho officials idts from courts do not have memory at all< they do all procedures TWICE in this case ..
Huh? Lol
More nonsense.
Innocent!!!!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
See? I can like my own comment too!!
Crazy that things like this even go this far
//./... No other prosecutors /judges in any other cases NEVER asked for any written alibi from the defendant before the trial. .. this is very sus, seems as the prosecutors do not have any evidence of his guilt , and they try to make up something out from his alibi before the trial. To ask defendant for alibi before the trial is the violation of Defendants' rights bcz prosecutors have to prove by themselves if he is guilty or not .
This is the weak case This is the first and only one sus case when prosecutors/judges are asking for alibi before the Trial and destroying the crime scene the House 1122 King Rd _ the main evidence- before the trial>
Kohberger is innocent. watch harsh Reality././..
