And the sheath is the only evidence they have, the first lab/state lab it was sent to found nothing, then they sent it to an out of state lab where all of a sudden there's DNA? There's no motive or connection to any of the victims, prosecution can't even prove the white car driving around there was actually his car, no evidence of victims DNA in his car, apartment, office, or clothing. Whoever did this had to have been drenched in blood. The blood sniffing dogs found no scent of blood outside the house, almost like the killers never left the house with blood on them...If I was on that jury I would have to say "not guilty" unless prosecution has something else...what has been presented is not even close to being enough evidence to go to trial IMO, Innocent until proven guilty. Very strange case....

I agree that DNA does not lie, but sometimes weird things happen. Lukis Anderson was wrongfully charged and jailed for months because his DNA was on the fingernails of a murder victim, but it was eventually determined that Lukis had a 100% solid alibi, so he was set free. Basically, before the murder happened and at a different location, paramedics were called to treat Lukis for a medical issue and then he was transported to the hospital (which is where he was when the murder happened). Then later those same paramedics were dispatched to the murder scene. They used the same oxygen sensor (that they place on the patients finger) that was used on Lukis, thus putting Lukis' DNA on the fingernails of the murder victim.

2, the first Time Ann taylor deprived Kohberger rights for speedy trial on January 05 2023 hearings, and for the second time Judge Judge deprived Kohberger rights for the speedy trial in August 23 2023.
    3. FBI ( military cop payne son of Judges) twice went to the MURDER house ( in March 2023, and in November 2023) to do the stupid 3D cartoons BEFORE destroying the house - the main evidence, Idaho cops>judges think t that the 3D cartoons would be the better evidence istada of the real crime scsne - the house by itself .
    4. Two Judges twice asked kohberger to plea NOT guilty - in front of Judge marshall on january 05, 2023 hearing , and in front of Judge Judge in August 2023 hearing. .. .
see, this is VERY SUSpicious when Judges fbi and cops investigators are destroying the crime scene BEFORE the Trial. as they want to hide something ... holes in the walls from their hunter rifles?
