    I find the lack of physics for the skeletons amusing. There’s no way a lot of these skeletons would have stayed in the position they died in, but it’s fun to try to piece it together

    I like to think a Scavenger's kid left his favorite teddy bear with shades to keep him company since they felt sad?

    The most wild thing is that these skelebros are still around after 200 years of decomposition in wet, radioactive and infested environments.

      You are not alone. Researching this vid I found tons of conversations of this nature. But if we can suspend our belief for mutants I guess it’s fine lol.

      Skeletons might still be there, but corpses, all wooden structures, most metal structures, would all be gone. What's left would be overgrown and nearly unrecognizable. Wouldn't make for much of a game though.

      @@kahrnivorit could, they would just have to get more creative with what to explore in the environment.
      I prefer how it is now though.

      My theory about how the prewar skeletons, structures, ect are still somewhat intact/functional is two parts. The technology in that universe is designed to handle radiation given it was a cornerstone to their society and it might not be on the same level as ours in some ways but it's likely more durable. The radiation was intense enough that most materials are too toxic to decompose like it should've in the 200 years including biological materials.

      @@kahrnivor remember, this is all based on 50's tropes. up to this point, the ONLY nuclear devistation people would have seen then was the aftermath of Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and the nevada tests. these also use a good deal of 50's sci-fi tropes, as this universe was stuck in it.

    My favorite ones are the ones with booze in their hand/jaw or with the teddy bears nearby that look like they somehow killed the human 😅

    Titanic was referenced twice. In Fallout Tactics they did it too, but better. There's also a drawing of her, and you can loot her necklace.

    While I will agree NOT every teddy bear in fallout 4 represents a child's skeleton, I would argue that quite a few could be. Sure you could say it's just the kids toy but there are times where there is another toy or two as well as the bear

      @zombiedad 13 дней назад

      @ I haven’t played in a while. But with a trader, you need them to have 2 sets of the same armour buy the most damaged and (I think you need to finish the sale) when it’s in your inventory it will be fully repaired. You can sell it back to them at full reoair cost but it will return to its original repair state.

    While these ones make up a minority of the skellies we see in game; If I recall correctly, there's the skeleton of a Tyrannosaurus either somewhere in the water of Fallout 4, or it's in the sands of New Vegas/among the ruins of the Captial Wasteland. I don't know where, because I have Thalassophobia and prefer to NOT go running around the bottoms of the Irradiated oceans.
