Ade being set on fire actually went wrong! He forgot the safe word they agreed on before filming, so everyone thought his shouting "put me out you bastards" was just acting. Talk about commitment though.
Rik and Ade did the sort of brilliant mix of physical, philosophical, deliberately student idea of urbane, kitchen sink, and anarchic that the French should do but possibly don't.

So many discreet edits and cuts in this DVD release, stick to the earlier VHS release if you can, the babysitting episode shown here is heavily edited, why on earth did they make so many edits in the DVD release?!
