- On October 22nd, 2023, Officer Kosenesky was dispatched to check the well-being of a male who was reported to be asleep behind the wheel in Normal, Illinois. After the male woke up, he aggressively opened the driver's side door and approached him in a threatening manner.

I fell asleep at a gas pump after driving for 17 hours straight with no sleep, and woke up to cops pounding on my window. I was shocked, embarrassed and crying. I did everything they asked me to, field tests, breathalyzer and I allowed them to search me and my car. Then they sent me on my way after making sure I had a cup of coffee.
Could of been an overdose and any nor.al person that would scare them into making sure they are ok.
