Definitely not justifying anything my man Jaquan did here, but… It actually does make a difference in some encounters. Criminals typically aren’t running from any specific cop; nothing about it is personal. They’re running away from jail/prison. And as a former criminal myself, I can honestly say I understand why. Anyhow, some seasoned cops do understand and appreciate that sentiment. Just my .02, appreciate the dialogue 🫡
He had a gun and not a single shot was fired, even as he knew he was about to be arrested again. He's the risk to society you're on the internet worried about? Jeez what do you consider the mass shooters?
This department is a great example to all police agencies. They all worked together, stayed in the chase despite injuries, communicated, looked after each other, and didn't take shit from the suspect. Even Jakko seemed better trained than some officers. Well done Monona police!
Not really seen some flaws but they did handle it good one officer tells him to put his hands behind his back then the other one tells him to not move 😂😂
@@gv.youngin5197 Shit like that's always going to happen though. You see that even in SWAT interactions despite the training they go through. When you have several officers on scene, all with adrenaline dumping through them, they aren't necessarily going to register what others are saying and correct themselves.
Yeah but it’s WI, that guy will not likely be held accountable, they’ll give him felony charges a mile long, then plea bargain it down to a 3rd degree misdemeanor, and give him probation and diversion for the 10th time.
But.... but.... you just don't understand what 'Restorative Justice' is..... let me explain: something very bad happened to people the same color as him 150 years ago, so letting letting obviously guilty criminals of said color go free TODAY is merely 'restoring' the balance..... see? I'm actually amazed how quiet Jocko was throughout the entire video. He was all business, no emotional display. Also odd there were no screaming women.
Jakko is a good boi! His officer handler is the fricken terminator. Can we just appreciate the fact he stuck with the suspect the whole chase, got hit by a car, deployed Jakko, and successfully caught the suspect. Big POB for that officer.
Yeah right. I was robbed in Milwaukee, duplex rummaged and car stolen, same guy. Dude had many robberies and past serious offense over 20 years. Zero jail time. Never underestimate how broken the system is. It's a joke.
It's well past time for this man to spend a VERY long time in prison. This repeat offender does not deserve to be a free member of society. What a loser.
@@HumoraraS Yep. They often used Malinois and German Shepherd in K9, for their high intelligence, great nose, absolute fidelity and unconditional love for their hooman they just want to please, muscles, size and power in their jaw enough to submit a grown ass man. When I was 17, (like every other 17yo in my generation), we have to stay one day in the army base. It was called (JAPD, aka "Journée d'appel de Préparation à la Défense". Now they call it "JDC aka "Journée Défense et Citoyenneté.") since February 22, 1996, the President of the France Republic, Jacques Chirac, announced the suspension of national service, there is one day where you came to visit the closest base in your city. The soldiers love that day because they have steak and french fries for lunch. You spend the day into the base and they show you a little movie of what different job the army could offer, and they show you a K9 training, where a guy with protective suit run away and the dog tackle him like a rugby-man on his ball. Despite the 100 meters away between each others, The guy had only the time to run 10 step before the dog fly out and bite him down. In less than 3 seconds. Sure, the guy wear an heavy suit, but they you the damage the dog have done. (they show you the brand new before and what it look like after. And despite how solid and thick the suit was, the guy show the bruises he got in his arm. The dogs fangs pierce right through it on the weakest point. And even with a serious training, they admit that the dog love to run after suspects. They almost saw them as chewing toys. It was very impressive. The guy in the suit says that with or without the suit, the speed of the dog added to its weight make you fly at the impact and you eat the ground pretty roughly. They saw us how the dog act. When the dog found a guy with arms in the air and not moving, the dog sit in front of him and bark until his partner come. They are train to stay without attacking if the suspect surrender immediately, put his arms up and do not move. But if the suspect try to run or try to get a weapon by putting down one arm, the dog lashed out and bite immediately to put the suspect to the ground. That is why at first I do not understand why the dog still bite the suspect when he is down with arms on his head, or when the suspect try to hide but but his arms up, but the dogs still bite him to pieces. Someone told me that the French k9 do not have the same training than US K9.
Because they are trained to react to a specific pre-planned set of circumstances and situations. If the situation is not how they are trained, they will be confused and try and go from memory. There is a video of a K9 attacking two guys on a porch outside of a police raid and just running up to them uncommanded after seeing them sitting there, then nibbling on their arm then running away. Likewise, all dogs are exceptionally unbalanced and clumsy, if you can get them knocked off their feet to where they cannot twist their spine to get back up off the ground, they are pretty much defenseless and stuck there, which is why a K9 is never attacking alone and is tailed by a human set of eyes over the dog.
Doubt he could come up with $6,000 to get out. But it is ridiculous considering this is his M.O. Why people think they can get away with all this I'll never understand other than Low IQ.
$60K cash bond, which means it has to come directly from him. No bondsman. Usually a bondsman will charge 10% so a $60K cash bond is equivalent to paying a bondsman for a $600K surety bond.
@@favoritemustard3542 My question is how was "taking cover" any better in his mind as an excuse? Tbh i'd throw something at him for that as a threat or something if I could.
The fact that a fugitive from law for violent offense was out out on bond and reoffended and again receiving bond again after all this is a crime in its self. Shame on the system for putting the public and the officers at risk.
The cop who was with Jakko saying he's out of shape? I was thinking he was level headed during the car chase, in great shape, didn't use unnecessary force, and had control of the k-9. These are the police we need.
I'd argue there'd be a lot more people at risk letting this dude walk free. Hold criminals accountable and give props to good cops like this one here.@@stevejette2329
Let me get this straight. 2 active warrants, a stolen firearm, a 10 mile pursuit, attempted armed carjacking, all repeated offenses, and a $60k bond? The judges are just as criminal as the criminals.
At least it was cash bond. That means he has to come up with the full 60k. He can't just give 10% to a bondsman. Still, with his list of offense and so many of them being repeat offenses, it should have been NO bond!
Defendants are entitled to pretrial release by the constitution, except for the most extreme crimes. Biden is old. But I don’t think you can blame him for the constitution. And they gave this idiot a $60,000 CASH bond. Do you think he has that kind of money sitting around? He was probably on probation or parole anyway, which will be revoked as soon as there’s a hearing. He’s going to be in jail for a long time, as he should be
Minimum 5 years for every minute police chase you, on top of the other charges and punishment. If the combined sentences adds up to 100 years or more, it's automatically the death penalty... and soon, not 20-30 years later.
@dacrosber No, it's not extreme at all, criminal lover. There was a chase a couple of days ago where one of your pet criminals ran over and killed a pedestrian. I'm sure you oppose punishment for him, too.
@dacrosber In Arkansas the State Police PIT immediately once it's safe, and will do so at speeds in excess of one hundred miles per hour! I've seen them PIT motorcycles too! The rule is, you run, they PIT!!
One more example of the 13%'s 60% contribution to violent crime . NUMBERS DON'T LIE. It's not profiling,. It's statistics. The biggest underlying cause was when LBJ had his pet project put into law. What was that he (LBJ) said afterwards? (paraphrasing) "We'll have those _______________ for the next 50 years. Yeah, from 25% out of wedlock births in the mid 60's to 70% currently. Those Dems have "owned" them ever since. Free money FREE MONEY Gimme GIMME more More MORE REPARATIONS!!!!!!!! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
The thing that amazes me the most about these police chases are how many things the officers have to be on point about during the pursuit. Naming streets, directions, and shouting instructions to fellow officers in the chase. Nice job!
Now THAT is a real k9! Ive seen so many become too agitated, snap at other officers & sometimes even the victims all while incessantly yapping. Jakko is a priceless assest to that PD, hopefully they are aware & acknowledge it!
I am seeing the exact same thing, and I find it somewhat concerning. They usually work with German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois, and you can see the difference. Almost all of the GS wait patiently till they get a command, they are pretty easy to get off a suspect and are just happy to be part of the team. Then there are the Belgium Malinois, they are a menace even when trained. They are bouncing on their leash and barking as soon as they leave the car, they can be extremely hard to get off a suspect (last week I saw a video where 3 officers were needed to get the dog off), and they stay hyped for a long time.
My husband is a newly retired CO (Corrections Officer), after 34+ years of service, and he would see the remnants of dog bites on inmates arriving at the centre, which could be several days to weeks later. He said that he fully understood why when a pup like Jakko went chomp, the defendant would give up, the bites are that severe!
imagine being the officers and going through all of this work and danger just to see the criminal released right after. it’s unbelievable! he put so many people in danger with this car chase, not only officers but civilians as well! I believe there should be no possibility of bond in case of chase, the justice system is a joke 🤦♀️

I lived in Madison (home owner on the east side) for 8 years and I watched from 2013 onward as the city slid into a steady decline while taxes climbed to outrageous amounts, I pulled the rip-cord when real estate was at a peak and moved out to the country back into the driftless hills in a little town, paying a reasonable amount in taxes to be in a wonderful place that has a hilariously 0% crime rate more years than not through its history. There is the Dane County justice system, and then there is the rest of the state. This clown level bullshit behavior only flies in the two cities Wisconsin even has in proximity to anything but water and vast expanses of forest and farm field. Madison and Dane county as a whole, have seen radical changes in the higher echelons of politics and police over the course of the past 20 years and it reflects in a huge way. That, and the housing boom in the city mixing businesses on the bottom floor, low income housing somewhere in the middle, and top level high end apartments on the top floors, it has become very "multicultural" and among that is the "have nots" of life, and they get down with shit like the video we're commenting on, with little to no repercussions because that would show statistical data that proves this is water finding its own level.
Ain't just Wisconsin. Half the damn country is that way. In Atlanta, they let two people who burned down a fast food place off with $500 fine, 150 hrs community service and 5 years probation.
They are trying to be very progressive and not seem racist. Pfffftt! 😂😂😂 Yeah, and THIS is what you get. These criminals LAUGH at these soft and weak judges. I prefer when the police hands down the sentence on the street
Dont forget the dutch dogs, alot of the k9's are trained in Holland. Jakko is no exception😉 Ook nederlander die wel met dit soort honden gewerkt heeft.
That’s what saddens me all these police officers even the dogs do all this effort to take down criminals and they’re just let out within the next day and do you honestly think he’s gonna go to court.
Me too. It’s so wrong- in every way. I love your comment about the dog- I never thought of it that way. But you’re absolutely right- even the dogs are out there doing their best, putting their training to work and it’s all for naught.

It actually does make a difference in some encounters. Criminals typically aren’t running from any specific cop; nothing about it is personal. They’re running away from jail/prison.

@@jeanneparisot237i ain’t reading alltat
@@enqquerthahhgut1842 I made it half way and got confused 😂 sorry brother
They gave him a $60K bond, are they out of their minds?! This guy is the definition of an armed flight risk.

There should be mandatory jail/prison time for fleeing at high speeds, jeopardizing other's people's lives.
Minimum 5 years for every minute police chase you, on top of the other charges and punishment. If the combined sentences adds up to 100 years or more, it's automatically the death penalty... and soon, not 20-30 years later.
