    Keto Catfish & Broccoli Recipe
    9.2g NC for all
    24 Catfish Fillets (If wild caught add 2Tbs oil)
    8oz Broccoli
    Set oven to 425*
    Bake on cast iron griddle 45 minutes if starting from a cold oven, 30 minutes if preheated.

    All vegetables also have carbs, like the dairy they can have less than 0.5 carbs per serving according to the FDA, so there is no such thing as zero carb vegetables. We must count those carbs also..

      Yes exactly. Fats are truely the only foods that don’t raise insulin. Even proteins can be converted to glucose. “Carb creep” happens when we under count carbs then frustration with weight loss stalls sets in.
