Yes! Soo good. I was just building up my old Balfa dj with my buddy and it has similar 20mm axle on its manitou forks (x-vert supernova). Don't think i'll be trying this soon but fun watching you do it. Looks like the forks will take it, but a nice upgrade would be a single super long 20mm axle to tie it all together. Maybe also throw in an unlaced hub or spacer between fork legs to stiffen further. Props to Lew on that sketchy stair run too haha.

For some reason this gives off landing gear vibes, so if you could get some reinforcement inside the fork, it looks like a great platform for a home-built flying machine with the backpack prop you already have.

A few degrees of negative camber with the front wheels would help compensate for the stability issues. Would be hard to set up but itd cure the front end sketchiness. Or smaller diameter tires. the gyroscopic effect of the narrow spread tall tires prevents the bike from turning easily at speed (you had to kick the back out to change direction rather the turn with the front).
Sam you’re insane hitting these spots first try. I wish you had that doomer and skate park in your previous videos 🥲 Lewi riding the stairs puts Sam’s insanity into perspective. (Lewi being a great rider)

Shout out to the Marzzochi Bomber forks that held out despite not being connected together at the bottom... and the tiny screws holding the axles in place 😂😂
I didn't think the Stitched 1080 could be topped, but once again, thanks to Sam and Lewi we know that indeed the Stitched 1440 is the absolute dream king!
This is THE Winter bike for riding to work! I cant fall when the ground is frozen! This with the axes bring me to the idea to make one my own. But with one rear wheel. Thanks for the idea!
It would be cool if he was able to make a quad bike with independent suspension. You could combine 2 lefties to make an independent fork. The rear end would be more challenging to figure out.

You should cut the middle section connecting the two lowers on the forks so each front wheel can move independently for better turning abilities

Great build! You should have a lever for each brake so you can turn whilst manualing. You can also turn faster in corners pulling the inside brake.
