instant set dosa recipe | instant sponge dosa | set dosa & veg kurma combo with detailed photo and video recipe. basically an instant and quick version of a popular set dosa recipe made with sooji, poha & yoghurt. it is typically served with a spicy chutney or curry which is also known as mix veg kurma or sagu. it can be prepared within minutes and do not require any planning, soaking, grinding and fermentation and thus making an ideal morning breakfast recipe.

You are keeping us very busy in the kitchen. I have tried many of your recipes.....first one was kaju katli way back.... Long back.... When you had just started doing blogs. Still using the same recipe on special days and festivals.
Recently tried pineapple halwa ..,. yummy.... Gelly like texture.... Kids were so happy to see gelly dessert which is vegetarian 🙂 I added saffron for colour and turned out very well.... We could see saffron strings floating inside the halwa cubes. Wish I could share the pictures.
