Love that 28.. very well tuned.... Nice bro......... Loving those high-speed runs, that's the real final test of tuning....💪 💪... Ain't nothing wrong with a losi 3.0.. I have two 2.0's and they're just as sick as the next.... 💪
Can't wait to take my hpi trophy truggy out all hardened steel diffs savox servos and a LRP 30 spec 2 not sure what speed it will do no I've had 50 mph with standard gearing I've put the hpi trophy buggy spur and clutch Bell still waiting to see what it can so now it just broke the standard diffs lol
Yes, running 18 tooth bell, still has tons of go , my only issue with this motor it tends to run high temps to stay in tune. Have one that’s new in a Losi LST , never had a drop of fuel in it. Sorry you can’t run it any longer… my Lrp .28 lives in my Savage SS w/ 3 speed trans
nice job man wish I could find one of the picco .28 I run modified novarossi .28-8 and .28-5 and they are awesome but you did a good job and it is tuned nice
Thanks man, i appreciate 👍. I would like to find an affordable nova 28, or another picco 28 .. I should have bought one more at the time. Take good care of your novas 28, they are precious!
Looks like fun my man. 28 modded in a buggy now I now why you're tires are bold ,I got a .28 as well I run it in my TLR 4.0 truggy !!! Just a guestion the engine mount I got my truggy will it fit on a buggy or did you have to buy a different mount?? Great video buy the way keep (nitro alive)
What engine are you running in your truggy?? I needed to buy an rtr engine mount because of the pull start, pullstart engines wont fit a race truggy or buggy. Your 4.0 truggy engine mount wil fit a 4.0 buggy for sure (i checked the exploded views, it is the same part) i'm not sure it fill fit another losi buggy.
Great run !!It seems like you have a kind of spare batterypack on your glowstart system, what kind of glow starter do you use on this video, looks kind interesting :-)
Nice mr B 👌, think the modifiyng went very well 👍.... That sound really good. What did you do? Don't know the pullstart of a Picco, but the hyper pullstarts isn't really lakking the power. Don't think the Picco is losing noticable power at all. Great vid again 👊
Thanks Kings, for the comment and for the help. I dont know for the hyper engine but the picco has a big one way bearing in the crank case.. doesn't help on high rpm. For the mods, nothing too extrem, i opened the intake, the closing, rised the blowdown, did a lot of fangs but not too big, im not very skilled with a dremel, and worked on the crankshaft, removing material here and there 😁 Still looking for a nitro safe silicone
@@TastyBRC 👍.... my hyper. 28 has got the cops system, so the pin of the pullstart doesn't spin when the engine is running. Rex talked about it on his review of the hyper. 30 The Picco runs very good, modifying is about tenth of mm, so i did nothing crazy either. Think you did a good job👌 I talked to roelof (mike's modifier) about the silicone and he has a other opinion about it, so i will think about it..... Maybe just drill out the crank. Anyway, keep up the good work 👍 👊
@@kings-racing I have the hobao .30 with the same system as your hyper, the one reviewed by Rex, the heavy one way bearing in the picco is spinnig all the time and doesnt hep with the gas flow either. I read Roelof in a life stream talking about the silicone ramping and it's minor improvement but i still want to try
I Have a brand new Nova 28-7 unfortunately not the 28-8, should run pretty similar but the 28-8 is a lengend, most popular 28 ever made . Check my videos, the LRP 4.1 is a beast! Not the best quality but one of the most powerful nitro engines available 💪
You have that engine tuned to perfection. Great job. Nitro is king
Thanks for your comment, i truly appreciate 👍✌

Thanks for the comment! These buggys are great and i'm just a basher, they are perfect for me, i can still run them for years 💪
Man that thing rips! I can't wait to run mine very soon! I am planning to release the video of it before the end of next week
Thanks, can't wait either, Woogie's lrp was impressive, i know i can't truly compete with a pullstart engine but i'm satisfied with the performances

@@johncardwell3119 Lrp.30 is the best lrp ever, killer engine, not surprised that it melted your gears.
incredible bro amazing top end speed on single gearing just splendid 🎉
Thanks ✌️This is one of favorite engines, I dont run it very often as it is unfortunately discountinued
Have the same motor in my Ofna Ultra Lx2. She sounds good man.
Thank you, this is my favorite engine, i wish picco still made it
Wow that is some serious speed for a pull start engine!! Great run
Unfortunately i couldn't find a backplate to replace the pullstart, otherwise, I'm sure he could have reached 50+ mph
@@TastyBRC yes easy!
@@TastyBRC check out rb mods he can make a backplate for any kind of engine .
@@johnnyjackson4490 I will, thanks!
😎👍 Love big block power in buggies… reminds me of my OFNA Lx powered by an Os .30
Os 30vg! i have one of those! Tons of tork and very durable, unfortunately mine has no pinch anymore, i installed the carb on my lrp28

It is a glow starter that is supposed to be connected to the bump box, i just built a battery pack, thanks for the comment!

good tuning!!
Thank you !
Rip Rip Awesome bruha
Very nice buggy !!!
Thanks!
What was the thing you taped on it for speed runs ?
Skyrc performance analyzer (GPS speedometer)
well done
Thanks!
What clutch bell size was you using
13t first and 16t for the speed runs
Hi, mind me asking your carb settings? I have been trying to tune mine for weeks...
How is that picco running now?
