I inherited my step-grandma's and step-mom's stash, including a Fulky Finished Lavender and Lace Santa. The angel project may be a Lavender and Lace one. My step-mom taught me how to cross-stitch many years ago. I still have the first project I ever did. 💜💜💜

The pattern you're looking for to complete your grandma's stitching is Celtic Angel by Barbara Baatz. Kooler Design Studio has it as pdf or paper pattern and it's readily available at most online shops. Hope this helps.

I don't have enough experience to do color conversions or many changes, so for now I'm stitching as is. Hopefully, I can get better at visualizing things as time goes by. I use a size 28 needle for my beading. Since they are cross stitch needles they are short and they are thin too. I don’t like the long beading needles either.

The brand I use is Mary Arden tapestry needles. I’m also using Mill Hill Petite glass beads 2mm 1.60 grams. Hopefully this helps. I’m not sure what size of beads you are using.
