In the recommendations section our graphic indicated both 4 and 5 and after a couple of rewatches of the section I did not hear you use any of the exact ranking descriptions. What was your final ranking?
FINALLY, somebody has reviewed this behemoth!! Thank you!! This is pretty nice, and I think that I've found my winner in the Skyfire/Jetfire wars. (I've been trying to understand all along WHAT MP57 brought to the table that both Siege Jetfire and FT10 Phoenix didn't already do better...show accuracy? That's it? Not cutting it when jet mode is so sloppy.) And with this oversized KO of Siege Jetfire being a few bucks cheaper than the MP57 KO and *STILL* looking better?? That there's a win-win all around. ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽
Just because you haven't seen other figures do that doesn't mean this one is the first tho. MP Star Saber did that 10 years ago, and his stand can be used as a shield, both MP Megatron and Optimus have stands that actually form parts of their alt modes, and that's just transformers, I'm sure there's many more examples.

And I do still give props to the original, but that still doesn't alter the fact that this made improvements beyond anyone expecting just a straight-up lazy KO. I really like how you did the fastforward transformation sequence and for the reasons you stated. Nice song too. Not sure I've heard that on your channel before, and I watch basically every video you release.

I do not understand why. The KO skyfire costs around 120usd, which is less than half of the authentic original. Vincoroor on the other hand, costs MORE than the original, at 105usd. While both are basically copied homeworks, the MP KO copied from a more exquisite source.
@@mechgouki7999 $120 USD equates to $197 AUD. Imagine the TT original, here? Yeah, 'non-inflated', scalping price would have been about $425. Ouch! Yeah no thanks, LOL. I'd prefer this V33-06, but do I really want both. Simply stating... "If I knew about this guy 1st, I would have snapped it up, rather than the MP-57 KO". Unlike the MP-57 KO, this seems to be well put together, and easier to transform. Most sections tab in without trimming any tabs or scraping some of the excess paint. Really looks like an interesting take on Skyfire. The MP-57 KO? Tolerances on the transformation, mainly due to the excess paint on that backpack, were ridiculously tight. It was to the point where it barely budges at 1st... At least with VincordorV33-06, I could easily flip it in 'alt-mode' and it would actually look half decent, unlike the gappy, incomplete look of MP-57. I know KO's can be hit and miss, but man, my MP-57 KO, was an outright miss! At least it's perfectly fine in 'bot-mode'.
@@waynegriffin8667 Im not suggesting that Vincoroor is bad, but I am pointing out the manufacturer are selling it way higher than what it should be. As an oversized KO, I would expect 70 usd, 80usd tops. There is no justification for copying someones homework, making it bigger to charge more.
Awesome! Nice review. Does the stand also work on the bot mode? The handles don't go with MP's hanging on though as they grip with a peg instead of a closed hand. One improvement I hoped for for are the still missing antenna ears of the mask.
This figure looks amazing! I am just curious since I don't have the original Siege Release. Does the scale fit well with mainline in your opinion? And do the blast effects fit Mainline Figures and vice versa (like Victory Saber's effects on this guy in a sense)?
How do you change around the chest symbol? Mine came stock with decepticon mold on it, but I don't wanna put a D decal on him. EDIT: lol, nvm, figured it out, it flips like MP Tracks, or FansToys Seaspray v2
I personally will not recommend it. At the risk of sounding like a broken record player, I have to say this over and over. This KO is more expensive than the original. Personally, I would not replace an authentic original with a bigger and more expensive counterfeit. It defeats the purpose of a KO to begin with.
The purpose is the size, this is MP scaled and comes with more stuff. The price difference is less than $20 so that's a bargain to get an MP scaled Skyfire, the other two available MP options are more than double this price.
@@TMReviews The Siege KO is 105, the MP KO is 125. At that pricing, the MP KO still appears to be the better choice. Both are copied homeworks, but the MP KO copied from a top student. I still stand by what I said. KOs more expensive than the original defeat their purpose of existing.
@@Panzercommander121Theres no reason you can't keep your siege. I have TWO siege, Magic Square, Newage unpainted, and the TNT oversized Iron factory. Im keeping them all. Personally I will not buy this to replace the original.
I personally highly recommend against getting this, reason being they should not be charging this much. As a general rule, KOs should be cheaper, NOT MORE EXPENSIVE than the original. Bumping up the size and using die cast parts is not a good excuse, especially if you are copying someone else's homework. Also, KO MP Skyfire costs 20 bucks more than this.. So you might as well get that one instead. I strongly condemn this one. KOs should not be more expensive than the original.

Here in the Philippines, vincoroor costs around $70 while the ko MP57 costs $112. The original siege costs $299 from scalpers.
