    Wow. Fantastic recepie. Very very interesting. பார்க்கும் போதே mouth watering. Ghee rice, ஆப்பம், இடியாப்பம் கூட nice combination , I think. இத்து சொட்டினா, taste கொஞ்சம் மாறி போய் விடும். Amma is too cute ,in this video. Thank you both , for this lovely presentation. 👍👍👍

    Rakesh, I watched your TEDx talk yesterday. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I could relate to it in so many ways. I am a person who grew up enjoying excellent dishes made by my maternal grandmother, mother and her siblings. In fact even my extended family has so many amazing cooks. So, every time I experience some smell, I am taken back to my childhood days 😊 it was a joy to listen to you!

    Sir,
    The taste of this Murangakka Kozambu may be more of Kurumaish. Most likely this seems to be Madurai side Kozi Kolambu madiri. Sapitta rice odu saapitta nanna irukum .Oru vitihasmaan recipi kaghu nandri.

    Super i used to add 3-4 chinna vengayam while grinding the paste. That gives a vera level taste.

    I need your sambar powder and rasam powder puliogare powder. Please upload. when you're mom said about the smell of the powder. I felt like making it but wanted to try with your mom's powder then only I get same taste. Other wise no use in making.

    Hi Rakesh, Please do ask Rama (though my defacto is "Name with Maami", as a sign of respect, but had to omit due to presenter choice!!!), if she can recall a dish called "ericha kozhambu", especially from Tanjore and Mayavaram side. In this time of quarantine, we cook a lot and definitely we all have left overs. I definitely have a story, but will write if Rama matches the exact main dish for the ericha kozhambu.!!!

    At first I thought that Rakesh's mother has washed her hair and so tied her hair with a towel to dry it. Now I am wondering ( because she has the towel in many videos) whether it is to prevent any hair straying and falling into the food, like nurses keep their hair under a hood to prevent it from interfering with their work.
