I was expecting this recipe from you.. except cinnamon and coconut milk rest of the recipe is what is followed by me usually...a quick question to you.. will the ground powder not get burnt while cooking brinjal initially?? Due to this I grind the fried ingredients as a paste instead of dry powder..

the fight between mom and son is really absorbing. The recipe is good and the name " Kuzhambu " fits. The same is prepared slightly differently in karnataka called yenne badane kayi. which goes well with chapathi/ jolada rotti. This preparation is probably for rice
