If his family is watching they know a real loss. This man appears to have been a real hero. A life time of service to our country. It's a shame his family didn't get his life in boxes. The stamps are extremely valuable. I wonder if he wasn't collecting for his descendents. God bless.
The family that just let this stuff go couldn't have thought or maybe really didn't care that this was this mans legacy in the trunks. And WHAT A LEGACY! He was a athlete and a Vet. He had many medals and just the evidence of an amazing life of accomplishments. Makes me wonder if the family isn't really able or who knows but this is stuff that should have been heralded. IMHO.
This was a US miliatry officer you had Lieutenant, Captain, and Major ranks in the trunk along with many service ribbons, and patches. Fun Fact: White sash with the red arrow is called the Arrow of Light; the highest award given in Boy Scouts; rarely achieved by most.
He went from a Boy Scout all the way to a Major {at a minimum} in the Armed Forces. Each little pin on the service bar, as I remember, 4 years and so on. He served a very long time. I hope he got to come home and retire.

I was in it also but they used us like child labor to help fix the camp for the weekend. Weren't allowed to talk, still did. I did learn that you can boil an egg in a paper cup though.

Scouts honor is holding middle 3 fingers up,while pinkie finger bent, thumb bent touching pinkie. Isnt it?
I like the way you take your time and don't throw everything around.
Awesome units!!!

Hi Pirate, Love the show - please keep doing them. BTW, do you still have those stamps? I didn't see anything spectacular, but I didn't see them all. I collect stamps and now my kids are into it too. So, hodge podge pagest/boxes, etc. are always fun for them to go through. Thanks!
I’m thinking you made your money back from the one trunk… this is one of the best storage unit vids I’ve seen 🙌🏻🙌🏻
every time I watch you videos I want to go live in the USA just to do what you do.
Love seeing you get so excited.
❤️🏴☠️
love watching these storage items,
Love you pirate ❤️❤️❤️🏴☠️
I love the treasure hunt! Came over to you from Locker Nuts! 😃
A bit late to the party but the red arrow sash is for the Order of the Arrow. This is a service organization for the Boy Scouts. That particular one is for an Ordeal Member. There would also be Brotherhood and Vigil Honor Members.
That is a collector’s dream; to find stamps as old as those!
