    I'm lucky, I live in Thailand and I paid $2600 USD out the door. Like you say this CT125 is great around town and light trails. I don't like driving on the highways even if I had a bigger bike. I think it is a good looking bike, I have the tan color and I painted the exhaust cover black. I am very happy to own my CT125. Thanks for the video Warro!

      al good. great price here in thailand i bet that price alone disappoints a lot of viewers but as the saying goes...if you want something bad enough the serious will pay the price.
      overall i had lots of good times on that tan unit. did plenty of dirt too.
      i think i'd have a good 30 clips on that bike in my history you tube clips.
      at one stage it was running a total of 21 accessories...lol
      great fn indeed

    The CG125 SE made in Pakistan is Euro 2 compliant. Comes with 5 gears, does 110kph and costs approximately $1,000. The CT125 is slowed down by emission control.

    Great video, Warro. I was looking at these last week (the local dealer had 2 yellow ones on the showroom floor). The video reminded me that you had footage of you and the Mrs. that you were going to post recently riding some dirt roads on the Classic 350. There's no time like now! Thank you.

    • @ridewithwarro
      @ridewithwarro  2 месяца назад

      well that ride on the classic with mrs w was a pretty good ride but i must admit that day when we both tagged along on the CT125 trail was a far more enjoyable sort of clown around day...lol
      even i was smiling away when i was chasing the footage to do this clip.
      i think i covered the good and bad points but at the end of the day this ct125 or a cheaper version the grom will make you smile more than highly expensive and extremely powerful bikes.
      best of all every-one loves them...not so with actual big capacity road bikes.

    Thanks Warro for sharing your real-world experience with this bike. Do you think the CB12F would be better for a new rider on L plates that has never ridden before, for 6-12 months until they get their P's? Got a couple of kids that are wanting to learn and get their license and have never ridden before?

    • @ridewithwarro
      @ridewithwarro  2 месяца назад

      if in aust a used postie bike for $2000 would be fine. forget about the ct125 as they run in at $7000 to $10000
      so now the cb125f.
      its a great little bike-easy to ride and has a clutch. so regardless sooner or later most riders bump into one of those unless on a scooter. its just twist and go
      125f's are good value and far superior to the older 125e carby
      so again easy to start/easy to ride/not overpowered/good brakes/ great on petrol.plus good resale value too
      so yes i think its a good first choice.
      if by chance they just want twist and go look into the suzuki address 110. i had 2 of those and were lots of fun

    Hey Warro, haven't heard from you in a while now. Nice to see you talking about the CT again. I've still got mine and it runs great now. The BBK 143cc with some mods on the air, fuel and exhaust has really boosted up my power. I had it tuned on a Dyno last month and now it puts out a nice 12.1 HP and just a tad under 12 Nm. of torque. I noticed that you are still running a 13T front sprocket set up and have the ABS light flashing problem. We still run the 14T front sprocket but have gone to a larger 42T sprocket on the rear and have no flashing ABS light problems now. You might try that and the Honda Wave 125i rear sprockets will fit the Honda CT 125 as they both use the exact same hub. Well, got to go back to work in my Orchard so I can take a day off and play some golf on Friday.... Stay safe my friend and keep putting out those videos....

    Quite a few Utubers in the lower 48 have this 125 trail.
    ($4100 )---out the door, probably $5700.
    This 125, apparently a popular bike worldwide.
    I like the newer tumeric yellow color. Throw some knobbies on, and you have a multi use bike. Multiple accessories.

      the cb125f was a great ke too. took it to the macquarie river in stock form so for the money i think $3700 good price and very good economy.

      that was impressive as no-one knew if it would go or not. but again there was only a couple on the tube too. me and oakie in thailand. good days there.
      that tip i said 13t front and wider tyres on the back works extremely well. stock bike unfortunately not too inspiring but spend $100 on a sprocket and rear tyre...totally transform it.

    With new ones no longer available the price of late model used ones is beyond ridiculous, currently 5 on offer between $7,500 and $10,000 on Bikesales. Seriously a new Kwaka Versys 300X can be bought drive away between 8-9,000 and that is a seriously good do it all machine. Low K older X300s are bargain priced and plentiful due to riders thinking they need something bigger once they get of their Ps. I find it hard to see the appeal but I know some folk love em, I think if I really wanted one I’d go for an older scrappy dual range CT90 and modify it to taste.

      yep had the x300 back in 2017 at $7000 cash out the door. bike ran well apart from the seat was a bt of a terror. i will be reviewing roughly 30 bikes i had new on these reviews
      with the enfield classic 500 case i will only be doing a couple of those as 15 of them with just colour variation may be too much...lol same too with the honda cb500x's
      yeah $7500 to $10,000 is pretty steep used. i think all honda has to do is fit the bike with duel channel abs and it would be ready to sell here again. thats the main reason they cancelled all the smaller bikes
      i think the grom is very hard to beat for the price. not sure now but i bought a 2022 new for $4000 i think.
      only done 1000 klm but it will be in future reviews, have not started it for near 6 months but its a fun ride too

      not sure if thats right but if so that again would be a good reason to score more $$$ per sale...lol
      either way i like the gb350 and it too runs very well after that front sprocket changeover.
