- Since no one actually posted a full playthrough of the game, I decided to be the first one to post it, enjoy!
Transformers Shadows Rising is a new rail-shooter by SegaAmusements. It is a sequel to Human Alliance, same characters, Vanessa and Jay. One of the best games produced by them in my opinion. And I recommend you to play it! As it is so much fun to play it, especially with a friend.
Recorded at Timezone Glorrieta 4.
I like how optimus says "ypu dare to copy me"
In human alliance megatron says “go to heck”
The cool thing they kept Optimus’ design from the first three movies
Specifically, they used the DOTM version of Optimus. Hence, the abs & the forearm blades.
I absolutely love the design from those three movies more than the last two. Let's just pretend age of extinction and last knight never existed
If the models for the transformers from this arcade game were on the GMOD and SFM Workshop...i would gladly use them

I subscribed the models on steam but I don’t know how to download them
So I finally watched the gameplay all the way till the end. Here's my review:
- Much, *MUCH* Better than Human Alliance. No excessive BS attacks, and all attacks were given enough time to react
- Very impressive voice acting. Jay sounds soo much better now, and did Vanessa became a British?😂 Honestly, it's wayyy better than HotD: Scarlet Dawn's voice acting (more tolerable)
- Hidden items and weapons are now clearly displayed. Bravo.
- Pretty satisfying boss fights.
- A better player UI.
- This game had potential to be cleared in 1 credit. All attacks are FAIR now!
- Storywise... Very nonsensical. I understand absolutely nothing 😂
- Framerate drops... Why is this happening to all recent Sega arcade games?
- Animations... Holy shit it's horrible, not smooth and rough. Stage 2's NEST soldiers walk cycle is terrible!
- Graphics were not mindblowing, understandable
- Seems like there's no multiple endings.
- Screen transitions is, again horrible. Not as good as Human Alliance.
- The markers (the one which tells you where to shoot), they're unpleasant and not as good as Human Alliance, appearance wise.
- Oh my god the damage animations... Classic "AHHH!" screams! THIS is what House of the Dead: Scarlet Dawn is missing!
Overall, I was blown away by the quality of this game. Not as good as Human Alliance, appearance wise, but God it's sooo much better than Human Alliance in every way, and ironically way better than "the most anticipated arcade shooter in history." **cough*HotD:Scarlet Dawn*cough**

Haven’t responded in days as I was slacking, oh lazy me.
I find this one more fun than Human Alliance because of these features (I may not enumerate them all, but yeah)
Lever (also like the QTE of this thing)
Weapons (just like in Jurassic Park Arcade 2015)
Achievements (Scarlet Dawn also has this, could be a norm in future SEGA shooters, hopefully, makes games more replayable.)
It has its ups and downs, but for the most part, ups. Bullshit attacks doesn’t happen too often in the game, but they exist (you can see 4 in this playthrough, pretty obvious if you wanted to find it.)
Planning on reviewing what I had done wrong in my first playthroughs (this is my third one) so hopefully, just hopefully, finish the game with a whopping 1 credit clear! (This made me think that there is a 1 credit clear achievement in the game now.)
Definitely try this game when it comes to your arcade, it’s pretty good, my vote for Best Arcade Shooter of 2018.
With the Grimlock boss battle, I'm hoping SEGA makes a new Jurassic Park/World light gun game...
+Darryl Lazakar I agree with you on everything ... except what you mention about House of the Dead: Scarlet Dawn.
The voices here are pretty good, but they are VERY below the dubs of Ryan, Kate and the Mystery Man. The voice acting of Scarlet Dawn is GREAT, and I love it.
Well, the screams of damage ... I did not miss them, really. But it will always be good to come back, of course.
And yes, this Transformers game is incredible and spectacular, better than Human Alliance, but in no way is it better than the last HOTD in the series. SD is superior to Transformers: Shadows Rising in all aspects.

I didn’t know there’s another Transformers arcade game.
17:56 only destroy the smallest targets if possible, note that you had to have fast reaction during the hard target and you only have a minimum of time to destroy the targets, if you decide to go for the big target, react quick, if you don’t have enough time use the hyper energy lever if necessary
Dude now knowing there's a sequel to human alliance I really want to play this too

This is a very cool game and grimlock is cool
Wait a minute how are their sideswipe KSI drones, but sideswipe is still alive? They wouldn’t have the parts to make so many of them, this might be proof that he’s still alive but this take place a few years before age extinction, so he might’ve been hunted during that time. I don’t know, weird the Dinobots there though.
Dinobots and KSI first appeared in Age of Extinction, but they were founded in Shadows Rising. Sideswipe knew about them before his death. And Shadows Rising takes place before Age of Extinction and after Dark of the Moon.

I played this game at a mall up in Erie. I think it’s better than Human Alliance.
The video games and arcade games 🕹 and the ride with Bumblebee’s solo movie 🎥 succeeded to where the 3 Transformers movies had failed

They didnt use the models from AOE for Prime and Bee.
That's because this game takes place events between DOTM and AOE, so it takes place before AOE, where they get redesigned.
This game needs to be ported to Nintendo Switch
This is one of the smartest ways to reuse assets from the older game.

@@bm_m4in215 The Shadows Rising sequel was never dumped, emulated or playable on PC yet. All we have is Transformers Human Alliance being playable on PC, so you can get the models there from the files.
6:49-6:50 there's definitely something wrong with this game he hit the marker and he still get damaged
I noticed I didn't fully damage the one marker at the back.

I've come up with this idea for an upgrade for Transformers I've seen The Avengers and Spider-Man Miles Morales and Spider-Man PS4 video games featuring Marvel how about a type of Transformer video game just like those the same way you can play Spider-Man Miles and MJ the way you've seen a boy doing the same way playing the Transformers and the humans running through those great Wars running from the Decepticons avoiding the crossfire and taking down the Decepticons and having a good look at your surroundings look up miles first mission with Rhino and you'll see what I'm talking about playing as the autobots and the humans
